Booking supervisor is awful and should be fired.

Had an attitude with literally every costumer in line, low life middle aged scum stuck doing a job he doesn’t want to do in the first place.

Quiet and comfortable. Clean.

Location and the ease of access. Very easy to get to and get out of.

Attracts very Ghetto. I had very low quality people screaming outside my room at 4am causing chaos. And the Showers all have Hard water.

It was two different types of hair in the shower we got there late and we’re not showing until the morning and all I see is hair everywhere in the shower and stuff on the towels and some build up in the shower corner so we didn’t get to shower we booked a different hotel for the rest of our stay

I stayed last year also and so I knew what to expect. Both times the room has been comfortable and clean. I did eat breakfast in the upstairs restaurant, it wasn't done last year - looks good and the food was just fine.

still comes off as a bit dirty - sorry, carpets needs some attention. Could you let us walk UP the stairs? The hot tub was also a "luke warm" tub; I was there for the Strip At Night and tried to use it before the run.

It appears that i was charged twice for stay and then $100 deposit was never refunded.

I got a very nice room by the poolside. I especially liked the bathroom. It had a tub and hot water. I also liked having a back door, which was assessable to the court yard. I actually stay here occasionally, and not all the rooms are as nice. The room before this stay was rough.

The wifi speed is horrible. The overall appearance of the hotel is a little rough. Also, I was worried that the parking seemed somewhat unsecured.

a stench consumed the facility as soon as you walked in. the carpets were filthy. we couldn’t get into the room because the paint was still wet and dried the door shut. room smelled like wet paint. rooms were so far away…parking was horrible.

There was no warm water. It was either scalding hot or ice cold. The room wasn't clean and did not look like the photos on the website. They either need to update the photos or remodel the hotel. My kids and I got bit by bugs, not sure if it was bed bugs or something else. I will never stay here again.

I liked everything

It’s pretty close to the airport and not too far from the strip. They provided a refrigerator at no extra charge.

There was no housekeeping service and whenever we needed something like more soap, we had to go to the front desk to get it because there was nobody to bring it to the room. It seems that there should be some service provided for the $37 per night “resort fee” The bathroom was terribly small, the carpets in the halls are old and worn.

Everything was perfect! The room was super clean, we got fresh towels as soon as we asked for them, and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Las Vegas.
