Location and being able to walk to various restaurants. Room was comfortable, modern and spacious. Like being able to have more than one pool to choose from and most important for us as a family was that the pools were heated.
Having a kettle as we do like our cup of tea.

Apartamento amplo e bem equipado
Esqueci um espelho portátil de aumento no banheiro (tinha comprado na Target por 40 dólares) para me maquiar. Logo que senti falta do espelho no dia seguinte voltei no hotel para relatar na recepção, depois voltei pela segunda vez para perguntar novamente na recepção e também mandei dois e-mails para o gerente que nunca me respondeu . Achei péssima a falta de justificativa para o sumiço do objeto.

The location was perfect. Staff was great. Our unit was newly renovated, we were the first to stay in it. There were a few small issues, but they were quickly resolved.
The unit was oddly set up. The bathroom was huge. The bedroom average. But the kitchen was very cramped. Basically a corner of the living room, hardly any counter space. A washer & dryer in unit would have been nice.

Door was broken and didn’t lock. Has to wait for maintenance to come work on it for over an hour. Hotel is priced quite high for older room and facility.

Don't like the boring beige colors on the building why change the tropical fun feel of the resort!!??? THIS RESORT WAS AMAZING JUST LIKE IT WAS ..!! Great location, comfortable bed and lovely pool. was pleasantly surprised to find that our sheets and towels were replaced twice a week.
the kitchen/living area of the one bedroom apartment is small and dark- if you do actually use the kitchen to cook in, there is very little work surface which makes everything a bit cramped. kitchen units are a bit dark and dated so lighter, brighter units would help.

A little outdated. Time to update. Pool closes at 11 but the bar outside by the pool is open till 12? Should both be open till 12

very clean. lots of amenities. quiet and peaceful, able to walk a short distance to restaurants and a supermarket.
thought the Pizza Delli was very overpriced. no healthy options on their food.

The facilities were really nice. Our mini condo was clean and well-stocked with things we would use. Bed was very comfortable. The pools, mini-golf, fire-pits, etc. were awesome. Front desk staff were super friendly and wonderful!
