Room was nice,linens nd bed were nice. The bathroom needed some improvements in relation to the quality of the room, but it was nice.

Ein sehr funktionales Hotel direkt am Flughafen in Orlando. Der Airport Shuttle ist super praktisch und ich konnte diesen auch nutzen, um nach Abgabe des Mietwagens zurück zum Hotel zu kommen. Hat einen Tag Mietwagen sowie Taxikosten gespart. Weiterhin gibt es ein für amerikanische Verhältnisse umfangreiches Frühstück sowie einen Pool und HotTub. Ob man die beiden letzteren Sachen am Flughafen braucht, ist Ansichtssache, wurde aber von anderen Gästen genutzt. In fußläufiger mehrere Restaurants verschiedener Art, was für schnelle/späte Abendessen mit der Familie ideal ist. Außerdem sei die sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang erwähnt, die sich sehr hilfsbereit um alle Themen gekümmert hat.

Sehr funktionale Zimmer mit Hang zum abgewohnt sein. Für mehrere Tage vielleicht nicht ideal, aber für eine Übernachtung absolut vertretbar, auch hinsichtlich Preis-Leistung.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The staff are rude, the smell of the hotel is horrible. The rooms are filthy.

Me and my kids were thrown out of this hotel in the middle of the night. The toilets do not work. My son went to use the restroom and water was coming out the back of the toilet. The maintenance man had to dry up the floor. When my kids tried to eat dinner in the room two people approached me. A man and a woman who proclaimed to be the manager. The man got in my face and started yelling at me telling me that I’m a liar and my boys who are 16,18, and 12 broke their toilet. The lady who went on to say she is the owner and manager told me that she wants us out right now. I called the police and demanded that my money be returned. I had to wait two hours in the car with my kids until the police came to make sure I would not be charged for their messed up toilet. I went on to read more reviews about their hotel and this has happened before and management did nothing about it.

The room was wonderful. They were able to give us an early checkin with a half-hour wait. The bed was very comfy. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great as well.

I didn't like that it was noisy and you could hear everything going on in the hallway from your room. The pool was very small and not in the sun. I was shocked by how small the pool was. I had called ahead to ask if they would have a place to store our luggage if a room was not ready since we were returning from a cruise and was told there was but upon arriving was told that there is not a place to store the luggage.

Distance from MCO and airport shuttle

The airport shuttle took way too long to get to me. I overheard another guest saying it took an hour for the shuttle to show up for her. Not okay. It’s 8 minutes from the airport and they allege it’s on its way when you call so what’s the hold up?

Great location! 5 mins from the airport. Walking distance to Rock n Brews, a rock and roll themed restaurant with delicious food and plenty of beer options: local, foreign, domestic, microbrews, etc.

This hotel needs recognition for perfect management. No jokes. Seems like it is your regular chain hotel but the service is exceptional. The breakfast does not run out of anything, have fruits, waffles, yogurts and so on. The shuttle will serve you even outside of scheduled hours, there is fresh coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 and - what was very important for me - you can work in the lobby for hours not bothered by anybody. The beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Price is fair for all of the above, gonna be my favorite sleepover hotel in Orlando.

Building was outdated and key cards didn’t work for the doors during entirety of stay, there was a strong scent in the building likely coming from the old carpets, pillows were lumpy and the bed was a little stiff, lastly breakfast left much to be desired.

Clean, continental breakfast, complimentary shuttle. Price and friendly staff.

Not necessarily your fault but access to more family friendly areas around the hotel. Ease of travel in the area.

Está muy bien ubicado para personas que necesitan estar cerca del aeropuerto, además cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El personal es muy amable y presto siempre a ayudar y la comida es muy buena.

The room was clean and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was palatable.

The water ran all night in the toilet. A little disconcerting. The family directly above had a child that ran up and down until about 11 pm.

Breakfast was excellent. Healthy options were good.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Adequate towels and washcloths and the front desk was helpful in supplying me with items left at home! The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices!!! I also appreciated there was not a parking fee on top of our room fee, Thank you! We will be returning to your hotel in the near future!!!!
