Everything was perfect

Some Staff were rude; we had lots of issues during our stay. Got put in rooms we did not pay for, smoking rooms at that while I have asthma. AC went out in the room and it was super hot and smelled of cigarettes 🤢 spoke to the manager who said she would comp our first night SHE LIED! when we went to check out it was not taken off, so then waited 45 minutes for them to try and figure out what manager it was, to eventually have another one come out after i complained about the numerous inconveniences!

The location

The rooms were unavailable at 4pm and we got put into a small smoking room and charged the same for the large suite we booked. Dirty dingy worn out. Sticky carpet. bed bugs. Truly the sidewalk was cleaner. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

L'emplacement sur Freemont,je recommande une chambre dans les étages supérieurs,certes un peu plus cher ,mais vu imprenable,mes parents avaient leur chambre dans les étages inférieurs,vu sur les clim!

The atmosphere is great. I only go to the d las Vegas when in Las Vegas. Great price .nice rooms and view. Easy access to everything

The TV could have more channels. It's pretty much basic cable. Very few channels . Also you pay more for a fridge But that's about it

Clean rooms. Casino is clean and great music. Right on Fremont, great location. Free access to the Circa pool.

They do not have refrigerators or coffee makers in the room. Our view wasn’t great, but we weren’t in the room much.

Location and use of Stadium Swim pool :-)

No kettle or fridge in the room and the AC was INCREDIBLY noisy so not practical to sleep with

It all looks renovated and the location is great! The staff are lovely!

The AC had difficulty keeping the room cold during summer.

Staff is all so friendly and the rooms are very spacious and clean

We love the fact that we were on the opposite side of the Freemont music. Staff was so helpful and respectful. Clean rooms, I had recently had surgery on my shoulder and was only able to sleep sitting up, they gave me no hassle when I asked for 6 more pillows.

I have no negative comments!

Staff was rude. No refrigerator in room for my insulin. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

I would have liked to see more $5 minimum black jack tables.

It is very centrally located. Rooms are big and the beds also. The bathroom is renovated.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The room smelled of cigarettes. And...the noise!! It is horribly noisy, they know perfectly the rooms that face to Fremont street where from 18 to 2 there is a huge noise. All the lower floors and higher numbers of rooms face there and is impossible to sleep. I would recommend another hotel not just on Fremont Street and for sure I wouldn't come back to this one.
