Front desk staff is NOT friendly, there was guest having a rachet pool party, smoking weed, cursing and management sat and allowed it! My kids couldn’t even GO to the pool! The Indian girl at the front desk had the WORST attitude and to top it off we had 2 lizards in our room and when I asked them to take care of it, instead of moving us, she sends someone who didn’t speak a BIT of English! So the lizard stayed! It was a horrible experience. Luckily the manager was very nice and sympathetic and gave us half off the room at the end. Rooms are a little outdated and lizards are everywhere!

Very clean, updated rooms. Starbucks in lobby. Tv and slide at pool. Steve was an absolute rockstar. He deserves a raise. We would book again!

Não gostei do atendimento na recepção o rapaz que nos atendeu foi bem seco nas informações . Difícil identificar o prédio por falta de informação. Café da manhã não vale a pena pagar muito caro para as opções que tem. So fiquei neste hotel porque estávamos com outra família que é amigo do meu filho e foram eles quem escolheram o hotel. Eu paguei por 2 noites em um quarto de hotel que não valeu a pena o valor pago sendo que eu já fui em outros mais confortáveis e café da mesma qualidade incluído.

This place is perfect

We experienced some negatives and a few positives during our recent stay. Overall, your employees are personable and helpful and provided friendly support. The property is in a great location, close to shopping, dining, and attractions and is clean. However, we were less than happy to be charged with “destination fees” of twenty dollars for our two night stay that amounted to legalized extortion. While it states that we are allowed food/dining credits for this amount, we were unable to utilize as the Starbucks machine was broken and there was no staff to provide assistance for that and the actual Starbucks area was overcrowded and not accessible. Additionally, the courtesy shuttle service is limited to specific timeframes which should be noted, as some guests such as in our case, have health issues and we couldn’t use shuttle as it meant a super late stay at park which we could not do. The worst offense was a self-parking fee. Admittedly we booked our stay through a third-party to save money—at the time of booking self parking was hyped as free. Like everyone else nowadays, we are trying to cut costs and save money, and this stay cost us in parking, superfluous “destination fees”, time and more money. Another contention is that we were given a room designated for disabled persons and we did not choose one, nor do I ever, as I wouldn’t take such valuable accommodations from those who require them. Lastly, there were people loitering on edge of property late at night in parking lot and made it feel unsafe to navigate. Going forward, we will stick to hotels we are familiar with that don’t have hidden fees and more flexible transportation. Hospitality and tourism is a tricky business and I realize you can’t please everyone, but these concerns should be addressed for future reference.

Location was good.

Checked in and our bathroom was very dirty. A lot is Hair on the toilet and all over the floor. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to clean it. Why would we want it cleaned while we are in the room? No offer of another room until I asked. Then I called the hotel about a week prior to our stay to change the credit card on file. I emailed it and received a confirmation. I called to be double sure and they confirmed it and also emailed me about it. I check in and gave them the new card that I filled out the form online and was told no problem. On the day of the check out I received an email confirmation showing the old credit card was charged. I go down to the front desk and the lady was so rude and told me “I can’t help you with that you would have to talk to someone else at a later date”. I pushed for a contact and she finally provided it but was told “she prob won’t contact you back right away and you should expect to hear within a week or so.” Terrible customer service!

Close to the parks. Easy check in and check out. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was wonderful.

The room had a musty smell most likely from the AC unit. Otherwise this was the only downside.
