I think they liked the pool.

We didn't like a wide variety of things. Small red bugs on tables where breakfast was. They are also in drink machine. Ants(red) all over counters and walls. The ants got on our stuff and we spent the car ride home, capturing them. Low water pressure in toilets-had to fill bucket with water and pour to get toilet to flush. Wedding party blasting loud music and kids running up and down hallways way past midnight. They left trash outside, in the hallways. Microwave jiggles and clicks.

the facility seems was okay and should be okay still if maintained properly. Unfortunately, seems to be not the case

Room has smell, AC not working, hot all night and loud, slow filling water in the toilet bowl, sink dirty. Door dont shut completely so make sure u always put the top lock.

The front desk ladies are exceptional and very hospitable

Central AC was not functioning well at this hotel. very little ac in the rooms at this hotel. We got a portable fan in our room which helped but it was not AC. Pool was also down. We were too tired to go elsewhere but really should have. breakfast was ok. This old Sheraton hotel needs an update/ remodel or level it. it appears it was a beautiful hotel / conference center at one time but is sadly neglected. weeds everywhere and poor upkeep of the plants in the atrium. Clarion should not advertise with booking.com or anywhere. it was definitely not worth any $ $ to stay there. I should have been paid to stay there. not an acceptable hotel to stay open. how long has the AC and the pool been down?? I wonder.

Tv remote down volume won’t work got up did it on television One lamp by the tv, Bulb needed replacement The power outlet was not good, Had to unplug room alarm clock and plug in my phone charger
