Excellent location, Secure area, easy access and comfortable bedrooms. The apartment was very clean and has very nice furniture. Appliances in good conditions and had all the facilities offered.

I would like somebody available to receive and review the apartment for check out

The place looked like it was constructed well with good materials. It has all the amenities that I expected, was spacious and had vaulted ceilings. The master bathroom was huge. There was gated entry which was nice but people just piggybacked behind other cars that entered the code. There was a pool with a bar that I didnt use. There is a small gym that I used for 15 minutes which was nice. There are stores and places to eat within walking distance. Things were rather quiet due to the style of construction which is important. The UPS driver was able to deliver to my door with an important overngiht package for work. The staff in the clubhouse was very nice and tried to be accomodating.

There were stains on the carpet. There was mold damage coming out of the vents. There was paint chipping off of the bathroom cabinets. The throw carpets in the bathroom didnt match the place. They looked small and like they were cheap from the dollar store. The towels were cheap. I had a major issue with brown water coming out of the bathtub and it was disgusting. I had to do a service call and they informed me the Hot Water Heater was shot. I would NOT drink the water there. I have photos of the bad stuff I am not sharing but assuming the owners will fix the issues. I kept getting emails asking me to pay money outside of Booking.com. I called and they said I didnt need to pay again but felt weird they kept sending the emails.

Absolutely great apartment in a nice neighborhood, 10mins walking to OCCC.

Was much more spacious than a hotel room, my family enjoyed the extra room.

A lot of the things that they charged extra for like carpet stains, broken appliances, missing towels, missing remotes, missing cables hooking Blu-ray players to TVs, damaged furniture, damaged walls, damaged ceiling, pet damage to base bords, kitchen cabinet false drawers in front of sink falling off, moisture damage to bathroom cabinets, missing towels, etc... was the state that we found the apartment in on arrival. None of this affected our stay aside from the worry about being charged for it. We took many pictures and let the management know but it seemed like we found some other problem we didn't document like the agitator not moving on the washer and the lint trap screen broken on the dryer or the crumb tray missing from the toasters it was disappointing to think that everything was so let go and we might be the one's they decided to charge for it. Halls had strange smell could have been the sewage back up from the hurricane on side walk and in parking lot or the garbage collection system.

Furniture was a little dated

We loved the property and the location to the convention center. The specific condo was very spacious and a great size.

The carpet was quite old and stained in every room. I wish the pool area stayed open longer also.

Mattresses need to be replaced. Internet didn't work, one of the chairs was broke.

Most everything went well.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work and master bedroom bathtub was dirty.

The AC filters were dirty.

The way the place was set up. Everyone had there own room. There was plenty of space to relax. I was able to watch movies on the movie channel. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I plan on staying here again next time.

I left my chocolate in the freezer and forgot about it.

Kitchen had a limited amount of pots/pans and the ones that were there were worn. Dull knives, can opener doesn’t work.

Cigarette burns on carpet and linen made by prior tenants. Felt like strong cleaner was used to cover up the tobaco smell. Made it uncomfortable for one of the guest.
