Loved the privacy - tucked away from the road. Pleasant decor and nice outdoor space. Comfy bed - slept very well.
A few minor niggles - awkward sink/tap in bathroom, the cottage was cold when we arrived and needed to contact owner re putting the heating on. She responded quickly to the issue. Would have liked more info on site e.g. on disposal of rubbish - particularly recycling facility, highlighting extractor fan in kitchen - we didn't find it until the morning we left.

We had a long drive up so was late arriving, but Fran popped round to make sure we' were ok and even offered us a glass of wine. Had a lovely stay even though Goodwood was cancelled

Exceptionally clean, well and tastefully furnished, warm and very comfortable. A very cosy place, was sorry we couldn't spend longer there! It suited our needs perfectly and would definitely come again if the opportunity arises
Some better knives would be good!

Fran was very helpful and kind since the moment we have made our booking. She sent us a clearly information how to reach the house and to open the door. The little house is lovely decorated and warm. Croissants, milk, bread and butter were left for us. Easy to park the car at the front house. We will return, for sure.

Great location, and facilities. Good local information and directions for a nice walk around frensham pond. Hankley common as well walking distance from the house. Lovely owner, it was very nice to find milk, butter, croissants, Jam and cookies!

Location was lovely. There was such a lovely walk around a large and stunning pond filled with wildlife. The facilities were lovely, loads of books! It was really private and the bath was huge and wonderfully relaxing. Fran was a superstar, really friendly and had great suggestions on walks. We'll be back!
