the breakfast was served in the rooms. tasty and good serving.

the friendly staff especially the guard and bell boy.. they were very helpful… The location is perfect for shopping. and walking distance to everything like food stalls and restaurants.. accessible to everything you need…
sky cable and WiFi is inconsistently working , no refrigerator inside the room then you have to buy the ice.

Location was close to shopping
nO fridge in room, charge for ice, bed rock hard, sound from karaoke bar two floors down was very loud until 2-3 am
No restaurant, no bar and available beer and coolers were way over priced

Staff were friendly, the security guards, receptionist, bellboys and also the manager were courteous. They greet with a smile all the time.
Room was spacious but to be honest, there were mosquitoes. Maybe due to the age of the hotel. But still the experience was great though.

the hotel itself was OK, not more.
WiFi was good.
And you have a mall right next to it with restaurants and some shops.
The area of which it's located wasn't the best part of town.
Breakfast wasn't any good.
We only tried it once and that was enough.

Bed was comfortable. Its also a great place to stay during Chinese New Year. Its just across Lucky Chinatown Mall.
Food during buffet breakfast were very limited. My friends and I had to wait for the other dishes to be cooked because when we went to the dining area, available food was close to nothing.
