Location is good.Close to a nearby mall.

Internet was not working for a few days when I checked in.They could have plan B knowing they have guests.I ended up using my pocket wifi which I reserve for emergency use and my data too.

We used to stay in this hotel, whenever we visit our friends and relatives in Quezon City. Fortunately, on this stay, we even got the same room, we had, while we were staying there for our marriage. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful and, the breakfast buffet is of a good quality. Walking distance from the hotel is fisher mall, where there is a bunch of restaurants, cafes and where you can find all kind of stuff. I highly recommend Brentwood Suites if you want to stay in Quezon.

It is not the cheapest choice, but the price- value- relation is rather good.

Very convenient to my reason to travel. Walking distance to a Mall.

Aircon broke down. Didn't like the cockroaches

The room was big. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. They would always go an extra mile to help and very apologetic for minor issues. This goes from housekeeping, to front desk, to cafe staff. Everyone was trained really well.

Small roaches in the bathroom. Some amenities were broken. I got the bigger room for my mom and myself, then a standard smaller room for my aunt and her husband. I was surprised our rooms were the same size.

There's a lot of small cockroach we request for spring cleaning and sanitation still the same when we cameback to the room..I am very particular on this matter coz my husband and my kids are very scared on cockroach..So we hope that they do something about this not only for me but for their future guests..
