Afternoon staff

I booked the hotel because it said it’s 1.2 mi away from Al haram. It was a lot further than that. It was a 10 min cab ride there. I went up to my room to put my stuff and then I went to the masjid. When I got back, the graveyard receptionist was on his phone playing a game and I didn’t give much attention to him. I walked up to my room again and I found that the wall plug isn’t compatible with my phone charger so I called him. He literally was like “ what do you want”. I explained to him that I needed an adapter so I can charge my phone. He then replied with a really rude tone “ we don’t have that if you want to charge your phone bring it down to the front desk and we are going to charge it for you”. Next morning I went and I asked the lady where can I buy one, she was like we can provide you with that. She was super nice but it seemed pretty clear to me that the guy that was working overnight just wanted to get me off the phone so he could continue his game There were no towels in the washroom, no toiletries as they promised. Nothing at all. By far this was the worst experience ever and I will never ever consider this hotel again
