The property was large and accommodated are our group. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well organized. It was close to everything that we needed and the event that we were attending. Kendrick was very easy to work with and check in was a breeze. Would highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our girls getaway. Clean, beautiful, lovey neighborhood, great communication with owner, house was as described. Awesome getaway. We had a great time. We’ll definitely recommend especially if you have a group with 6 people who all want their own room! Perfect!

The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was very accommodating with my request. The check in process was not great as the lock wouldn’t open and we had to wait about half an hour on a very hot day to get in. The batteries were bad in the lock so not his fault but wasn’t fun in the sun. The other thing I would change is that the house was very hot when we arrived. The ac was off upstairs and down and it was 87 degrees in the house. It would have been nice if someone had turned the air on before we arrived so it would have time to cool off before we got there. But over all it is a very nice house and was perfect for all of us to stay.

Home looks exactly as pictured. Clean house with 6 bedrooms. Easy check-in/out process. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating with all of my requests from start to finish. About a 20 minute ride to Las Vegas strip…we didn’t mind the drive because the house gave us an “at home” feeling. We would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you Kendrick 😊

Easy access, 15-20 minutes away from the strip.

We needed a convenient place for eight non-profit executives from around the country to meet for the first time in 18 months, get a little work done and rejuvenate in each other's company. This house was perfect! Clean, pleasant and a great host who was easy to communicate with at all times. Thank you.

stayed with a group of 11. The house was very nice and clean when we showed up. Spacious enough for a large group and had all the amenities we needed. I made a booking error and booked to check in a day late and Kendrick was very helpful and got us in the dates we needed when he didn't need to. They are great hosts and their house is perfect for any need. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Thanks again to Kendrick and definitely stay here! 10/10

Nice place . very nicely decorated. nice neighborhood. Me an my family enjoyed every minute.. Host was very communicative through the whole time. Nice view of the mountains right in clear site when u walk out the door. I would stay there again.

It was my graduation weekend and my friends and family (6 total, not including me) were set to arrive in two days when suddenly my other reservations were cancelled last min by the host. Frantically looking for a different house we found this one that had what we needed; a grill, a hot tub to relax in, and plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfortably. Yes the rules seem intense but its not hard being quiet and courteous to the surrounding neighbors. We peacefully bbq’d after the ceremony and hung out inside as a family after. It was exactly what I wanted for my big day and my family really enjoyed it. Kendrick was very kind and helpful and we would definitely stay here if ever in Vegas again!
