it was warm enough

It was very dirty, stains on the sheets, there was sweet wrappers and other bits of rubbish left under the beds in both rooms, the microwave had food bits on the inside of the door, the sofas had throws over them as they are that worn and tatty. There was a small hole in the living room laminate floor. The freezer was fully blocked so could not put food in there. There was chips in the tiles in the kitchen. it really does need a good makeover.It is meant to be gated access and secure access into the building the gate was always open and the access door into the building was never locked. This is a very budget apartment which the price did not reflect. I would not recommend this apartment as it is not of a very good standard at all.

The apartment was excellent and very clean

bathroom door handle was missing screws and consequently only just attached to the door beds were hard main entrance to the apartment block the keypad numbers were worn away so difficult to get the code in easily upon first arrival

security was good with the gates. the apartment was freshly decorated. all amenities were inside too. including towels. whom ever is running it we’re on the ball with any questions and responded quick. and helpful.

not that I didn’t like. more of positive suggestion. a washing machine for long stays would be helpful. especially for workers with dirty work clothes. also the double bed was a little hard and lumpy. maybe toppers would work. don’t know about the singles. I’d forgot to ask. but all in all still excellent

The space (two bedrooms) and beds (quite comfortable) were good. The kitchen has anything we needed. Location is okay, not very bustling but supermarket was closeby and also public transport to the city. Also private parking was good.

The apartment was really dirty. Especially the kitchen and bathroom. We had to wash all the utensils, plates, glasses again. The kitchen cabinets themselves were also not clean. Furthermore, it also seemed as if there had not been vacuumed. There was a lot of dirt on the floor and crumbs on the dining chairs from the last breakfast of the previous tenants. And finally, it was really not nice that the bedrooms had no curtains or other window blackouts. This woke us up at 5am.

it was ok. easy commute to places

dirty. uncomfortable sofas and bed. barely anything to cook with. pots were left dirty in cupboards. cleaning hadn’t taken place. smelt like urine coming through the building and apartment smelt like cigarettes.

Fantastic location and in a gated community so very secure and safe for my family. Lovely apartment, airy light, clean and spacious.

Overall cleanliness was poor, broken windows meant flat was too cold, blinds let all the light in ehich was not ideal for baby.

Great accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Great value for money. Would stay there again. Felt safe. Gated.

Might be different in summer time as couldn't open some windows.

Location was fantastic. The bedrooms was nice and clean . The kitchen had everything you needed . Felt secure too with the codes to get in . Very quiet at night .

When we turned up it was so frezzing in the appartment as none of the heaters were on. It took all night to heat up and it was cold. . Also the window in the front room was broken and didn't shut properly. The wind was comming through all weekend so felt cold and noisey. Very noisy with the wind in front room. Defo needs to be fixed for the price we payed to stay there. Not happy bout that .

great place to stay you have all the local shops and takeaways on your door step. 20 minute car drive to the centre of Liverpool and Albert docks. easy to get too from the motorway.
