Pagamos un precio superior para que el condominio estuviera en la Torre Oeste, pero valió la pena, ya que hace una gran diferencia en la vista, la privacidad y la tranquilidad. Estar en la Torre Oeste también le garantiza absolutamente ningún ruido de las fiestas nocturnas celebradas en la azotea del Hotel Waterclub.

The condo was absolutely perfect and comfortably accommodated our family of 5. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved waking up and being able to sit out there before we started our day. We had the beach during the day and enjoyed the pool in the evening. We were close enough to Old San Juan and a 45 minute drive to El Yunque. There were plenty of restaurants right across the street. We highly recommend Playa Papaya if you’re looking to have breakfast/brunch. Beatrice was very sweet and easy to get a hold of in the event we had a question. We’re hoping to be able to go back next summer.

View is heavenly. One of the best if not the best in Isla Verde. Apartment is nice, clean, and comfortable. Access to beach is through a turnstile gate and this is very difficult with a baby, stroller etc. To use hot water we had to flip breaker but after that it worked great. The area is awesome. Great security and parking. The view is ridiculous. We loved our stay. Great pizza and asian food right across the street.

Beautiful condo and location is great. Lot of security and private access to the beach. Provided beach chairs, some sand toys and boogie boards…our kids loved it. Amazing panoramic view from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and Walgreens just outside the building so it was super convenient.
The only con was no vacuum which I think is a must in beach locations due to sand everywhere. There is no washer dryer in the apartment but it was no biggie…also had a mix up about the building. We entered the correct building but from the basement we went to the wrong wing elevator and there are no signs on which wing the elevator is for. We immediately contacted the host and they helped us identify we were in the wrong wing.

The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The view is great. The beach is active but not crowded. The host provided a lot of info about the area that was helpful.
We arrived a a very heavy traffic time and had some difficulty locating the entry so we called the host who stayed on line with us and directed us which was so appreciated !

We greatly enjoyed this condo right on the beach. You can't beat the view and it's right next to restaurants and grocery shopping. Walgreens is right across the street for those items you forgot. The kitchen is surprisingly small, so if you want to cook, that would be a challenge. We did simple breakfasts (using the stove as a counter) and it worked well. The owner was very communicative, provided excellent information including a very comprehensive guide to restaurants, day trips, tour companies, and much more. The check in process was the easiest I've ever experienced. We highly recommend this location. 4 star because of the kitchen size.

The property was exactly like it was listed. The views are amazing from the patio seating and the bedroom windows. Very conveniently located and an easy check in process. Very secure. We had trouble with the microwave not heating and contacted the host and she arranged for a new one that was delivered first thing the next morning, excellent customer service.

The condo was amazing! It was seconds from the beach and the pictures were exact! The built in A/C system was freezing but felt great after a hot day outside. One of the beach chairs was broken so we couldn’t carry it very well and the cooler had a broken handle but everything else was great! We will be back!

Beatrice checked on us to see if we needed anything to which we didn’t need anything because everything was just right, we felt at home but only it was Paradise. We will be back and we will be using her condos again! Gah, we are going to miss this island! Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon that we will never forget!

My husband, our college aged son and our six year old all stayed at Marbella del Caribe from July 2- July 9. The check in process was easy, a car rental across the street, many places to dine within walking distance, on the bus route, with many cabs happy to take you on the day trip of your choosing. But the star of the show was the sunset and the sunrise. The beach is clean, the water is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Laundry is available, a small kitchenette for your use, and the A/C cranks- you’ll need it. Do yourself a favor and dine at Metropol up the street. You won’t regret it. We were very comfortable with our king sized bed, our oldest on the pull out couch and the wee one slept on the cot.
If we ever come back to San Juan, we will be sure to use a property through this VRBO host. They were so easy to work with!

Clean and safe property in a nice area. Beach is excellent. Clean beach. All sand. No rocks. Great spot to spent the day on the beach. Pool is nice. I would certainly stay again. Also, Beatrice the property manager is a very good communicator and is on top of making certain your stay is troublefree.

My 70th Birthday Disaster
I had many red flags regarding my stay at this property. Should have listened to my inside voice sbd canceled immediately. Had problems contacting the host. Upon arrival had many maintenance issues. Property needs upgrading. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The property is used as a money maker due to the view. The host is condescending and for some reason believes she needs to school me in tipping protocol. A resident informed me there have been many complaints.
She said that not all apts in the complex aren't so bad. She said some are beautiful
This host should visit her rentals to see 1st hand the disaster she is renting. My milestone celebration wasn't all it was supposed to be. The agents that allow her to post this under their sight are complicit in this scheme. Unfortunately I cannot name the property, the host or the sight that their listed in. There is too much to mention. BUYER BEWARE.

This apartment had a combination of features that made it a truly pleasant stay. The balcony opened up to the living room allowing a fresh ocean breeze in daily. The ceiling fans kept the inside comfortable w/o any need for using the AC. The kitchen was well stocked though I had trouble finding the cutting boards (eventually found one after I bought a couple). The inside was very clean also.
The building was centrally located in Isla Verde, so it was easy to get to the supermarket, CVS, Walgreens, and bars and restaurants. Also made it cheap and fast to get to the airport and Old San Juan by taxi. The pool access and laundry room on the ground floor were a nice plus to have on top of beach access right outside the building entrance. Beatrice was pretty quick to follow up on questions we had.
Only a couple things to note: I wish the bedroom windows stayed open - I had to prop them open with something. The TV in the living room is on the small side, but I don't think you'll mind because the view of the ocean is what will get your attention!
