Navinda is a very friendly and helpfull host. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful and peaceful home with a stunning view from the terrace. Navinda and his family were wonderful hosts and Navinda was always helpful, responsive and accommodating. Villa Nine is close by to the lake, a 10 minute walk to the temple of tooth relic, within walking distance of the centre of Kandy. A great base to explore Kandy and the surrounding areas. Amazing Breakfast served on the terrace. Great value and would recommend to anyone! Thank you.❤️

The best hosts on our trip! Navinda and his brother Akinda were very communicative, friendly, and they really went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room, the balcony view, and the breakfast was great. They drove us to Sigiriya for some sightseeing at a fair price. They also offered to help sort our train tickets to Ella, and when that was unavailable - they drove us down half the way! We loved the room - very well located with a short 10 min walk to restaurants. An ideal spot in Kandy.

I had a great stay at Navinda's home.Family was very friendly & helpful, warmly welcome us with fresh juice.
Delicious breakfast was included every morning in the balcony with great views.Gave us great taste of home made traditional Sri Lankan Roti, String hoppers, Milk rice, Dhal curry, Coconut sambol, Omelette, Fresh fruits & juices, Toasts, local Tea and Coffee.

Great friendly hosts, very helpful, a lovely family. Helped us with anything we needed. Extremly good breakfast with a variety of fruits, Nescafe, toasts, eggs, perfect!
The towels did not seem very „fresh“..

Akinda and Navinda were excellent hosts. Very welcoming, extremely helpful with giving advice and jist amazing at providing transport for tours. Breakfast was great in the mornings. We have made friends for life, couldn't have asked for better hosts.
Location was great. Only 15 minutes walk to the Kandy centre.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Nine in Kandy. The room was very clean with an A/C and a comfortable bed with cozy blankets.
We were very happy about the friendliness and warmth of the hosts. these were two brothers who always smiled or laughed and answered all our questions. The breakfast was nice and the accommodation has a good location with a view.

simple but perfectly equipped room. everything is very clean. the hosts make sure that everything you get everything you need to have a great stay in kandy. I recommend the tours as well!

Very close to the Kandy city limits and easy to reach. The view from the balcony is great. Air condition worked well. breakfast was delicious. They have arranged the room by a short notice and need to thank house owner. This is a homestay.
I am not sure the bed linen was clean enough and the water pressure was really low. You cant have a shower.

Breakfast was good as they had one srilankan dish along with bread, fruits and tea.
The room was clean and spacious.
The rooms offered were in different floors and did not see any private balconies.The bathroom was very cumbersome and also in one bathroom there was instant geyser from which we got luke warm water only.
The bed was not so good, it was pinching in few places as it was a old spring bed.
There is no way to contact room service as there is no phone.
Also the TV was shared and not dedicated for the room. You might not use it as host also feels it will be disturbing other customers.

Excellent position: quite far from noisy town center, quite easy to reach by tuc tuc (about 300 rp).
Very close to Slightly Chilled Bar, suggested to have dinner or just a beer.
Good breakfast, nice balcony with great view.
Free coffee and tea in the room, free use of outside refrigerator.
Very smart and fast guys at reception, they accepted payment in dollars giving an advantageous change.
