The check in process was easy, Driving into the resort and accessing the unit. The place is good if you are looking to be near the attractions or the convention center. I feel the square footage is tight for 10-12 ppl. There wasn’t a lot of seating in the living room and the tv’s were quite small. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat. I mean the place served its purpose but I would stick to 6-8 people. Bedrooms are small, with the exception of the master bedroom

Beautiful condo in a great resort and great location! It fit our 2 families of 4 that met up to go to Universal Studios for Spring Break. Loved the corner condo on ground floor. Was just like in the pictures- very clean and had enough towels (even beach towels) and kitchen ware to stay comfortably. Host was very responsive to the one concern and had it taken care of within 2 hours of when I contacted her. The shopping complex at the resort was convenient to get to and had a lot of what we needed for the week. Excellent place to stay and we would book here again if we get the chance to travel here again in the future! Highly recommend!

The property was not cleaned. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean both bathrooms. Hair was everywhere in the master bathroom, including inside the dry off towels. It had an unpleasant smell upon entry and throughout the unit, I ended up buying glades plug-ins to try eliminate the smell. Some of the lights didn't work, the internet/ cable kept going out looking for the singal.( only basic local channels free cable). The washing machine was horribly loud, I though someone was breaking the walls with a sledgehammer trying to get in. Scared me and my kids that well ran out our room to see what the heck was going on. The hand-blowdryer didn't work. I definitely Wouldn't Rent this unit again, and the sad part even my kids said it was horrible and noisy. I was very surprised based on the pictures how horrible this unit was based on the price and the pictures!!! Never Again!!

I was very impressed and pleased. The location was perfect and the condition of the unit was in immaculate condition. I'll definitely give it a 10 and will have no problem with staying there again on our next vacation.

Ana communicated so well. Used this stay for Volleyball at the convention center. Having a nice pools and Publix, dunkin donuts and a few restaurant's a super short walk a way was a HUGE plus. Driving to the amusements parks was super easy. I would book this condo in a heartbeat for any family that wants to have comforts of home with the feel of being on vacation. Cannot recommend enough.

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The owner responded quickly when I reached out to her regarding a couple items of replacement items that were needed, and they were delivered by the end of the day. I would stay here again if it was on the other side of the street because I needed to be closer to the Convention Center.

The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly as listed. Clean, roomy, well stocked, and had all we needed. Check in and out could not have been easier. The communication with Ana was prompt and she was extremely accommodating to our needs and questions. This is an excellent place to rent if you’re in Orlando. We hope to rent here again in the future.

This place was perfect for the show we were attending at the convention center. The place was super clean, community very safe, and I plan on taking my wife and son back in the near future to go to Disney! Thanks for a wonderful clean stay!

Had a great stay. This location was perfect for us so very close to everything. When we went to use the hairdryer it was broken, i messaged right away and was brought another one. I was super impressed since there was another dryer in the other bathroom. House was very clean, loved that the mickey dishes were displayed on the bar. My family and i will definitely stay here again.

Convenient to all theme parks, grocery store, and restaurants. The amenities were great. Pool, arcade, and park for my 7 year old. Pool and gym for my 17 year old. Pool, gym, and basketball for my significant other. All relaxation for myself. We all enjoyed the stay.

I would definitely stay here again, very quiet even on NewYears. Condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Host answered my question on parking very promptly. The location is near a Publix and many restaurants and attractions.

It was our first time staying at Vista Cay. It is conveniently located close to all theme parks as well as groceries and food chains. Only complaint is that guest bedroom beds are very small. Adults have hard time fitting in beds because beds are short. Also frequently ran out of hot water when showering. Our owner was very responsive and communicated promptly. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay! Everything was clean and neat. Most importantly, it was quiet!! Thick walls and respectful occupants! Everything looked just as pictured! We had no reason to reach out for assistance, because everything was laid out very well! Walking distance from the grocery store (Publix) and the event we attended! Very pleased!

Beautiful resort style property. The host was very accommodating to my family and I. There’s a couple things that we brought to the attention first day, and when we return the next day, everything is taken care of. She was responsive and prompt.

The location of property was perfect for our reason for being in town. It was close to shopping and attractions which made our trip way easier. I also like the layout of the unit. It was spread out and allowed people to have their own space.
We did have a few issues with cleanliness in the kitchen and Jack and Jill bathroom.
The water/ ice in refrigerator didn’t work. The handle on the stove and pans were loose as well as the knives, three knives were completely unusable. The property manager was attentive and fixed the handles of pans and stove. Refrigerator could not be fixed.
I would suggest in future to have places to hang towels in Jack n Jill bathroom. Very odd not to have any hooks or towel racks.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back again.

The property claims to be professionally cleaned and sanitized with extra precaution on disinfection to protect our guests.
Upon arriving we found that the counter was filthy, we had to wipe it down. When sitting and watching TV in the living room, I felt something on my leg. A ROACH was climbing up my leg. We later found more roaches in the kitchen on the counters and around and inside the dishwasher. The dishwasher has a foul odor, I am assuming this is from the roaches that are living inside. When taking a shower I noticed a lot of mold on the ceiling. It was also discovered that there was also mold in the other bathroom above the shower as well. When we went to cook, using the pans there, half of them were also dirty and had to be cleaned before use.
Bottom line, someone is going to get sick staying at this location until they properly clean, sanitize, and remove the pests within.
Apparently, checking reviews, this is a common problem with this rental unit. The owner claims to have handled the situation, however it has been going on for a very long time.
I am booked to stay at another condo in Vista Cay in June and I am afraid I will experience the same issues.
I expect the owner to respond per the norm. I did not tell them about the issues during the stay, I informed them about it the day we left. They called their property manager about it and will have the unit sprayed and the issues taken care of. Read 4 star reviews from 2022 and 2021. A lot mention roaches.

We loved the accommodations. It was a perfect set up for our group. It would have been nice to have a broom and mop, we cooked three meals a day and the floors got a little messy. Otherwise, I would definitely say we had a great stay.
