Great apartment and location. Wonderful host! We willl be back!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean. We were close to the restaurants (very good location). We had an amazing view on the ocean. The host provided two chairs for the beach and a lot of beach towels. We also had water in the fridge. The host was very welcoming. He gave us a tour of the condo and helped us find the parking garage. I highly recommend this place!!!

The condominium was exactly as shown in the pictures. Lucas met us there because we rented a car, but would have picked us up from the airport. He gave us recommendations about places to eat and he even checked in via text to ensure that all was well. Our vacation was amazing and I cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Great location. Beach or pool right out the door. Our host was very helpful with hints for dinner all within walking distance. He was also our ride to and from the airport.

Condo was in a great location-beach is just steps away! We loved sitting on the balcony as the view was amazing! The host was incredibly helpful and gave us a ride to/from the airport. The condo was spacious and well stocked with extra towels, coffee and even yoga mats. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street-and highly recommend Corchea. We loved everything about the condo and will be back!

Great location and place. On beach with a large pool in front and balcony. Lucas the host picked us up and drove us back to airport. Everything was very easy and no surprise's. would only stay here if coming back. Enjoyed 3 weeks here

My wife and I stayed at the Marbella. We loved it. Everything you need it. Clean and right on the beach. Lucas could not have been nicer. Very attentive. We highly recommend it.

The apartment was everything it was described to be. The location could not have been better! It is steps from the beach, walking distance from some amazing restaurants and bars, and only a few minutes drive from the airport. The host was GREAT! He provided complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, gave awesome recommendations to places to visit, and answered any questions I had promptly. This was by far one of the best vacationing experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Lukas! If you are thinking about booking a stay here...DO IT!

Would stay again. Enrique was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions or anything we needed. He was great. The place was clean and everything it said it was.

The property was exactly as listed. Clean, great location, and quiet. What set the stay apart was the attention from the host. From check-in to check-out he was there to assist us. He explained all of the amenities as well as provided excellent dining and shopping recommendations. When we return to Puerto Rico we will stay here

Had a wonderful time at this VRBO! Host was excellent with communication and went above and beyond (offered complimentary pickup and drop off from airport!). Place was spacious, had great A/C, and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Can’t complain about a thing, definitely consider this property!

Wow. The host went above and beyond far greater than any other host I have EVER had. He made sure to answer any questions I had ahead of time and was gracious enough to pick me up from the airport. When my flight was delayed he still made the time to pick me up. Upon arrival I was given a quick tour of the property and host made sure I knew where food and local grocery was (all walking distance). He even left fresh coffee and a full case of bottled water in the fridge! 😅 The apartment had everything I needed 🙌 Full kitchen, much needed AC in all rooms, 5G WiFi, smart TVs in all rooms, indoor/outdoor living, seconds walk from everything, private pool and beach entrance, and EPIC sunsets right from the comfort of the living room 🌅 *The only thing I would warn is that the AC unit does make a noise when it shuts on/off keeping auto temp. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs 👂💤 So grateful I found this precious little piece of heaven 🏝️ Thank you for making everything so easy.🙏 I will definitely be back!

Everything was great!

We had a great time in PR. The host was GREAT. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Even though is was 3am. He had wonderful suggestions for food and activities. Private balcony a very short distance to the beach and restaurants. Will be back for sure.

I was in San Juan for work for 11 days and this condo was convenient and affordable since it was beachfront AND had private parking. The host immediately responded when I had a question and helped me out a few times. The balcony had a great view of the pool and the beach. I will definitely stay here again.

Place was great! Close to any amenities that we could have wanted with a great beach and pool out the back door. Accommodations were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Any questions that we had, Leo was very accessible and responsive.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this condo and didn’t want to leave. We ended up extending our stay at the last minute for one more night because we loved absolutely everything about it!! First of all - the condo owner, Lukas, went above and beyond in every way. Transport to and from the airport, answered all of our texts within minutes, gave us many restaurant, bar, & shopping suggestions, and even took time to take us to a beach and quite a few local PR hotspots for an entire day!! We had an amazing time with him. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. He also helped with booking the extra night. The condo itself was absolutely perfect! Clean, quiet, fun decor, overlooking the ocean, had everything included that we needed, and was in a perfect location. We did not rent a car and restaurants, bars, and shops were all within walking distance. We felt completely safe walking in this area at all times - day or night. The restaurants were ALL fantastic. This was the best week of our lives and we are already talking about going back. Thank you Lukas for everything!! We will be back to this little slice of heaven!! ♥️

Of all the vrbos we’ve stayed in this host went above and beyond to help make our visit perfect! Condo was clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and all the linens were top quality. Our host met us at the condo to go over any instructions and questions. He also was available to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Do not book this condo unless you can be assured that it has been fumigated for bed bugs. While this unit in a large building is nice enough and as described by Home Away, after just a few nights sleeping there, we woke up covered with welts and bites which were diagnosed as bed bug bites by a doctor. We could not continue to stay there under the circumstances and had to move to a hotel. The owner denied there could be any problem, did not accept responsibility and, ultimately, he refused to refund our money.

Stayed two weeks and loved every day. The description and photos of the unit are spot on. Location couldn't be better. Close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Great security for getting in and out of property. Leo is a great host and was more than accommodating when we had a change in our flight. He responds quickly to any questions/concerns. Rosalia is also a contact in PR and she is so sweet. The proprty is beautiful, very well maintained and very clean. You definitely can't go wrong renting this unit.

Condo is nice located on a great stretch of the beach. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The earthquake did not affect this area. Some said they felt slight tremors shortly after the quakess. We felt nothing. Thanks Leo for a great stay🌴

What can be said about this property. This what everything I saw in the listing and would Definitely recommend this place to everyone who comes to stay here. Everything is within walking distance and all. Will come back one day and hope it is available again when I decide to come back. Thank you for everything. The condo couldn't have been better! The deck has a wonderful view and it felt like the beach was even closer than the pictures. It was very nice inside too with a nicely stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, a cooler for the beach and more. The location was great too with an easy walk to many restaurants, convenience stores and of course the beach. Rosalia was very nice and made it easy to check in and out even though our flights were at very odd hours. We can't wait to come back again!

Our stay at the condo was perfect. Leo was very accommodating with our arrival and departure time. The apartment was clean and very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s central to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Balcony faces the beach where you can sit and have your morning coffee. Leo and Rosalia always got back to us quickly when we had any questions. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Puerto Rico.

If I could give a higher rating of the property, Rosalia and Leo I would. The rating would then be a 10!!!! I had a wonderful stay, this was my second time staying and have made it my home away from home. Leo's response time is excellent and he stays on top of things. Rosalia is accommodating, friendly and a great person overall. The place is well furnished and very clean. If you rent from Leo the next time you're in PR you will be not be disappointed. Can't wait to go back next year. Thanks Roalia and Leo.

Our stay at the condo was great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We were right in the middle of everything. The condo was clean and had everything there that you could possible need. We were steps from the beach. My favorite part was the balcony overlooking the ocean. We spent every morning and night there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know.

Roselia was very informative, helpful and accessible. My plans changed and Leo graciously accommodated me. Location is excellent. Bed is extremely comfortable. Furnishings new, modern and clean. Beach is wonderful and just outside the window. I expect to return to PR sometime May - July. I'll be looking to re-book here.

The area was beautiful really walking distance to great food and really less than a few yards During the week take a trip to the WBC to get a drink and watch the sunset. The room was perfect exactly like its portrayed. Our fault for not figuring out the blinds in the bedroom oops. Stumble on and off the beach if u want but sleep under the stars u have to take a left at the gate and go around. All and all worth every penny a must go
