The location is really good. Easy to take a metro to anywhere and full of nice restaurants. Walking distance to the Harbour.

I booked in advance only to find out the price if anyone book closer to date is half of what I have paid…. Which was ridiculous. When we checked in the front desk lady was very rude but the gentleman at the checkout was very friendly.

Spacious, clean room. The bathroom was nice and bright. Dyson hairdryer a bonus.

The price and good reviews attracted me first. We stayed here for three nights in a corner room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for MTR and trams. Very quiet, we were on floor 16. Small supermarket over the road and close to small restaurants, shops and Starbucks. Bed was comfortable and I was especially delighted to find a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom. The pillows do have a very thin plastic cover but it didn’t bother me.

The room is very comfortable and very clean! The staff are so friendly and nice. This hotel is not far from the MTR - Fortress hill station and you can use city tram or bus near the hotel.

Location is superb. A lot of restaurants and near to Causeway bay. Also near to bus stop and mtr. U can use direct daily bus from airport which is cheaper than airport bus or airport express

The air conditioning was too cold and very difficult to regulate. The cleaners changed the towels after only one night which seems contrary to the hotel's eco-pledge.

it’s 400m from Fortress Hill MRT so it’s quite a walk after a long day. not much shopping or to do in the vicinity. pillows are covered in plastic for hygiene. I wasn’t sure if I can remove them.

The room was very clean and they also were very attentive. We requested for a baby cot, they also provide a baby bath. So my baby could bathe, which was very nice with such weather. The hotel is nearby bus stations and 2 metro stations, so it was really convenient to travel. We had a late flight, so we came at midnight to check-in at the hotel, which was no problem.

Room smelled like smoke dispite it being a non smoking room. Both nights we were given 3 sets of towels for the 4 of us.

Hotel is in a great location, Fortress Hill station is just down the road. Loads of food places nearby as well. Hotel was clean and very well stocked rooms. There is a mini fridge, wardrobe, dyson hair dryer in the bathroom and complimentary items.
