The Hotel is in city center, staff organised a shuttle from the airport for me, I could easliy check-in before official check-in time, room was nice and clean,

No restaurant, so breakfast will be served in your room instead

Great location. Best hotel in that area. Walking distance and very close to NIMHANS. Great customer service. Staff went out of their way to meet our requirements.

breakfast and dinner were good ...., location for my meetings it was apt only. Overall facility is good and sufficient for a two days stay. Even the room service was good and whatever ordered we received in 20-30mns. The staff provide all the information in detail.

In breakfast the chutney they provided was very little, atleast enough of it should be provided. Cost wise it was bit high,as we booked online we got better deals.

The worst experience ever! Booked the place but when I came to the hotel after a 12-hour long journey, the rooms were already given to someone else. I had so much difficulty in finding another room even since it was late at night. While I was there complaining about that, I saw them doing the same thing to another group of visitors even! The worst staff ever!!!

The food and breakfast could have been better . The coffee on the second day was very very bad, first day was good

we had a 1 bedroom apartment. The staff were very responsive to any request. The bed was comfortable and the lounge area was great for winding down at the end of a day or eating breakfast in the morning. The kitchenette had the facilities needed. The combination of a fan in the lounge and a fan and airconditioning in the bedroom kept the apartment cool.

Unfortunately our apartment was not available the first night despite booking it months prior. We were put in a triple room for one night then transferred to the apartment for the remaining three. I had not realised how much traffic noise would permeate the walls and the constant honking of horns kept you awake until late and woke you again in the early morning. it is also worthwhile checking before booking if the hotel accepts foreign credit cards. we discovered they didn’t when checking out. We had to scrape through our wallets for enough cash to pay the four night accommodation.

Room size was pretty big

AC was not working in one of the rooms. The hotel neither fixed it nor provided an alternate room. They didn't even give a discount on the room for the hardships. - Smoke smell in the corridor - Very basic breakfast in room facility - The location is on one of the busiest roads. Traffic snarls and difficult to get taxi/auto - Room service is very slow

Excellent apartment, great friendly staff, superb breakfast included in very good rate. Interesting local groceries and stores nearby.

Ridiculous noise from traffic day and night. I am a light sleeper and could not sleep here. For anyone used to sleeping with lots of traffic noise, this should not be a problem.
