Some facilities problem. Toilet door cannot close, water heater is not hot, the water filter not functioning hence need to buy mineral water.

All aircons working well. Nice layout with access door between hall n master room. Fridge very clean. Bathrooms nicely fitted out.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice view too!

Too many lights inside. Hot water unit in the 2 bathrooms are not working well. Insufficient toilet tissues. Would be great if there is hand towel inside the 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped but no paper or hand towels to dry hands. Perhaps this is something typically not offered in Malaysian accommodation? Would be nice if guests can also access the gym, given that our 2 couples come to Ipoh for eating trip. Needed to work out in the gym to burn the food we consume.

The mattress not comfy, too soft

The apartment was clean and the location was OK. There are lifts and on-site parking. Good Chinese restaurant just up the street which is open until late.

This property was supposed to accommodate 8 but we were only 4. There were 3 dining chairs. Few mugs, glasses, knives, forks or spoons, certainly not enough for 4 people and not everyone who stays is Asian. No chopping board, or sharp knife even to cut fruit. Quite abysmal for an 8 person property. The Lounge needs repairing/replacing as it is torn. Getting into the apartment is a nightmare with no proper signage to Block A from the street on arrival and all the security measures taken by the Owners are all rather daunting. No terrestrial TV only streaming which you had to give your details to log into. Not everyone wants their details left for the next guest!
