It was clean and the kitchen was functioning. It has Washer and Dryer in the bathroom! It has 2 Beds, one is in a space next to the livingroom

You cannot open the windows as there is an AC build in. There was no door for the second bedroom, you could create some privacy only with a curtain. (There are sliding door to the side of the living room, and curtains to close out the kitchen)

The location of the apartments was great, right on a bus route making it easy to get into the city itself. We liked the quirky nature of the apartments and it was great to have use of the washing machine and tumble dryer and the provision of laundry detergent.

It was a real shame that the 2 apartments felt so different to each other as this highlighted that 4627 really needs work on it - and the smell of smoke that others have commented on was a real issue in 4627 (nowhere near as bad in 4631). Notably the kitchen in 4627 needs replacing and a door added to the 2nd bedroom. The sofa in the lounge also needs replacing.

The apartment is nice, clean and set in a nice area, but when we arrived it smelled very badly of smoke, we ventilated for two days at best but it was still very strong. The owner/manager explained it was an issue due to ground floor renter but we found that hard to accept.

Keyless entry, easy/ clear communications from property onwer via text msgs/ emails made getting into the property super-easy. Fairly comfortable beds, clean bright decor, Nice kitchen table for working or eating from. Good amenities overall in the suite. (Dishwasher, washer/ dryer/ soaps in the tub, clean tub, and well stocked kitchen,)

Older building with some musty smells although they try and mitigate that with air fresheners throughout. The AC is a portable unit mounted in the front room window but the cool air only services that room, and a bit of the first bedroom, back room doesn't get any AC. Very steep stairs to the second floor entrance, need to be very cautious going up or down these crazy steps!

Disappointing smoke smell

Everything was ready for us and the staff was extremely helpful when I had questions about check in. It was close to the venue and a short walk to shopping. We enjoyed our stay there very ,uch
