Buena ubicación, buen desayuno. Personal muy atento.

Las sábanas estaban con manchas, pedimos cambiarlas y las que pusieron estaban casi iguales, como que son demasiado viejas y con manchas antiguas. El baño es demasiado pequeño, incómodo. La habitación estaba en un tercer piso y no hay ascensor. Mucho ruido del exterior.

They said the room is equipped with fan, good with me. But it's a roof fan which doesn't blow any air. I don't mind not having a but at least get a fan that does something Windows was broken and couldn't close No insonorisation from the outside and also from the inside. Could hear all the action from the other floor. Also the lock of my room was completely unscrewed. 'someone tried to get in, thankfully I was in the room. As he almost got in by himself. Security and safety 0 Location very tricky, not a safe neighbourhood. Good location tho for bus terminal but don't walk to it even tho it's very near Breakfast was so low quality It's ranked as a 4 stars. As a worker of the hospitality industry I wouldn't give more than 3" Stars. No internet access to the TV. That's okay but for a 4 stars would have been great to access Netflix from the TV. Some of the staff members (night shift) were rude and unprofessional, most of them were great in the daytime tho. For the price said for a night without discount I'm very disappointed by the service received. Bed wasn't comfortable, end up with hard back pain

Todo estaba perfecto 👌 para 1 noche…mi único comentario,es que..,ya deberían cambiar los paños ( toallas)están un poco deterioradas y.. descuidado…

Privacidad, seguridad, bonitas pinturas

El aire acondicionado hace un ruido espantoso q no deja dormir, se me había olvidado este detalle de otra vez q me había hospedado, no vale la pena pagar el aire acondicionado por q se tiene q apagar lpara poder dormir sin ruido , el desayuno de mala calidad, el queso estaba ácido. No vale la pena pagar desayuno

Probablly best furnished and equiped hotel on my whole trip.

The walls are super thin. And since people are coming and going all the time to the airport you hear everything. And really everything. Would need earpods

Great staff, let us check in early. Central location and nice breakfast. Clean. Perfect for a younger crowd, we met so many nice people. Great chicken place across the street.

We were fine with no AC but, could have done without the cockroaches. Keep your bags closed. My biggest complaint was showing airport transfers and after we booked, telling us it was $35 for the trip. Uber was circa $10. For the ladies, no hair dryer or conditioner. If I was 30 years younger, I would not hesitate to stay here.

The rooms look bigger in the photos than the actually are in real life.
