the bed and towel so smelly. i dont know if they wash it or not

1.No towel inside. Than when i request the housekeeping give me the ddirty towel. N i asked them, they said all the towel belom basuh lagi. 2. Bathroom also dirty. 3. Cadar / bedsheet look like no change. Smell also not good😏 4. The workers/housekeeping from bangladesh cooking there. 🙄

cleanliness urgently need to improve bug bed founded

i like that it provided a bed and a door. the toilet also has a functioning heater thank god.

the lack of safety, the pungent smell of cigarettes. the non-existent staff at the counter and having to check in at a different hotel. the blackouts. tak teruk sangat pun haha.

Can check in midnight. This is good for far traveller like us.
