Location is ideal. The place is cozy.

The elevator is very old and slow. The A/C in our room was kind of broken.

Location is excellent in downtown Chicago and the rooms had very nice view. The beds were comfy and clean but their height is too high especially for people with leg and knee injuries.

The room and bathroom are extremely small. We had a 2-bed room for 3 people and only one person can walk in the room at a time. There is no closet and no mini-fridge in the room. The interior of the building is old and not super clean.

Small Rooms but manageable

Location was great, close to downtown sightseeing. The rooms are pretty new.

The staff made a mistake and offered another set of room keys to someone else I didn’t know at all. They tried to brush it off after I raised the incident. If you like to sleep quiet, choose somewhere else, cause you will hear lots of sirens day and night.

We had some small problems with the heating.

The location of this hotel was perfect! The room was just a bed and a desk, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. The hotel was clean.

I didn’t like how the lobby has a “cafe” but it closes at 11AM. I think coffee here should be offered all day. Also, our bed was super super squeaky.

Location was great, staff friendly and helpful - beds comfortable.

Lack of space to put clothes in room. only a small hanging rail and no drawers. We had to live out of our cases during our stay. Also, housekeeping was not done as and when expected

This place was chic, at the center of everything, and super clean! Would highly recommend, near the law school and super close to many high end shops on Michigan avenue.

Pretty small, the pictures sort of made it looked like the room was large but that was not it. I wish it also had a fridge, many leftovers were thrown out because of this missing feature.

The valet staff was A++. The bed and pillows were EXCELLENT. The decor was tasteful. Bathroom looked freshly caulked or we’ll cared for. No pet fee was a plus.

Valet costs almost as much as the room itself. Very minimal amenities. Floor was not cleaned well. Within minutes our socks were gross and with a little bit of water in the floor, our dog was staining up the bedding. Staff was not very customer forward.

It was a decent hotel not the best but it wasn’t the worst

The picture online didn’t match the room for a superior king the room was basically just the mattress itself, not sure how the room is considers a $700 room a night but luckily I didn’t pay that price not a bad hotel but I had higher expectations due to the photos listed along the room

Great Location! Good value.

Very Dated. Only 2 elevators. The room could not have been smaller, even the hallways were small. In my option If you have 2 people that would be the maximum per room. The luggage cart does not fit down the hall with the house keeping cart. Forget about putting the luggage cart in your room if you plan on closing the door. You can not pass another person in the room. I’m sorry I was very disappointed.

The location is excellent—it’s a quick walk to the Magnificent Mile.

One elevator was broken on and off the entire time we were there. Everyone had to wait long periods of time to get to their room or back to the lobby. We requested maid service a day in advance (as required), but didn’t receive maid service (in either of our two rooms). The rooms are tiny—adequate for 1 person, but very uncomfortable for 2. There is a bar, but it wasn’t open no matter what time we went. This is NOT a 4 star hotel—overpriced for what you get.
