A stay at the Four Seasons is a luxurious experience, expensive but worth it. The facilities at the Chicago location offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy downtown area. The (city) views from the south facing side of the building are amazing.

Rooms were too small. In the pictures on the website, it looks like there are double sinks in every room but it is not true only one sink. Mattress was not the most comfortable. Housekeeping did not do the best job. It was reasonable. water was leaking from the shower to the floor

I have stayed here many times; tried other places but keep going back and I won't stray again; The staff goes out of their way every time to see that I am happy. Right down town in the heart of the city location. So easy to get around by walking or uber/taxi. Best bed I have ever slept in; quiet . New chef who has gone over the top with the Adorn menu.

I would not stay at this Four Seasons again and don't think the facility is worthy of the Four Seasons brand. We stayed on the 38th floor for 3 nights and it was so noisy it was impossible to sleep at all. Apparently the Chicago wind makes the hotel "creak" at night to the point that our room had multiple placards explaining the problem, ear plugs and a white noise machine. Even with all of that it was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It sounded like there was a CONSTANT woodpecker banging on the wall behind my headboard. If I had know this at time of booking, I would have booked a more modern hotel. Do not stay here. The staff is well aware of the problem and super apologetic but there is nothing they can do. My daughter ended up sleeping with her airpods in every night with relaxing music playing. Not at all what I expect from a Four Seasons facility.
