This house is everything advertised! Big enough for extended family gatherings with an incredible view from the back porch. Can’t wait to return!

this house is very much outdated, the outside of the house is beautiful the neighborhood is lovely they need a whole new kitchen. They need new bed were so uncomfortable, I will never ever stay again I’m very disappointed with my stay, blood stains on the comforters and sheets pillows stained. The appliances were so old and raggedy. The ice maker on refrigerator had mildew around it. A lot of the dishes were dirty. I reached out to maintenance because the doors didn’t lock. The screen was off the hinges and they said they would send someone out they never did, that left a very sour taste in my mouth..this is my first and last time usingVACASA,i will be going back to Vrbo..

The home was for the most part clean and was spacious which we enjoyed. The one bathroom shower (upstairs master) wouldn’t get warm unfortunately so some of us had cold showers but aside from that we felt very safe in the neighborhood, loved the outside view, the space, and overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend to another family or group.

The house was big and nice inside upon first arrival. It seemed to be clean enough. The hot water heater wasn't working more than it did work. The toilet in the upstairs master bedroom wouldn't flush. Maintenance was out for the toilet issue and unable to fix. All the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen needs to be restocked with pots and pans - the ones available looked to be 20 years old. Luckily, we were only there for a weekend and only needed to cook one meal in. I would not stay at this property again.

The property was beautiful and very accommodating for all.

The house was very spacious. The rooms and back deck were nice. The pool in the complex was also very nice just a little cold!

Family had a great time. Loved being by the bay watching the boats go by and grandkids loved fishing. Floors could have been cleaner and all the mattresses need to be replaced but a great house. We would definitely stay there again.

The home is in a great location at the north end. Some things to know. There is a dock just behind the home with water access. You can fish or boat from there. The rear covered porch was great to sit out in the mornings with coffee - just don't feed the geese.

There was hot water, prior comments had me concerned and it was not an issue. You will need to walk through one of the master bedrooms to get to the bedroom with two single beds. It had everything that we needed and we were comfortable staying there!

Nice and roomy place. Could get a hot shower because the water didn’t stay hot long.

Lots of room. Large covered porch with beautiful view. Could use a new dishwasher and baking pans.

House was very nice and clean back deck on the water was nice to relax neighbors were awesome we will definitely be back next year

Great place to rent for paddle boarding, plenty of space for a lot of people and a very comfortable neighborhood and walking distance for everything you require

The dishes was not clean. The foods on on them and very wet. Not dry. Bedrooms were cleaned. I took the pictures of nail polished stained on rug and sofa in the living room. Inside the refrigerator both drawers (also pictured) were broken. I did not reported bcuz it was functional.

Easy rental process, nice big house, cleanliness was okay but could have been better.

At first, this was a great house (location, amenities, etc). Until my father found bedbugs on his bed, and I found some on my daughters bed! We ran out to CVS for bedbug spray and spent precious vacay time spraying down all our stuff!

House met our family needs with bedrooms and large area. Location was perfect . Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment but back on the bay was very calm and serene . The kids loved fishing from the pier and the community pool. Only one complaint/suggestion is that some upgrades are needed for next season . There were no baking pans . Appliances such as dishwasher worked great but some broken pieces . Mattresses extremely soft and small refrigerator . To us all of this was minor as we loved the house, neighbors were very friendly and fantastic location , we would definitely stay again!

The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and spacious. Fortunately, we had no issues with the hot water. Overall a good stay.

The house alone is very nice. Location is awesome. There is a huge ant problem throughout the house. My 12yr old sister woke up with ants all over her arms and face Which left bite marks all over her. she had a allergic reaction which caused her to go to urgent care once we got home. 2nd they need to do something about the hot water not everyone could get a hot bath due to the lack of. I’m not sure of how they do their cleaning after every time the house is rented or how they keep a track of things that are broke. But there was quite a bit of things that was broken and unclean like the coffee maker, a door knob in the kitchen. There also was no key card for us to access the swimming pool. Rather we wanted to go or not it should have been there to give us options. The man that I spoke to about that situation was very nice and seem to care and try to find a way to get us what we need it. But being that they charge people for losing it. I definitely didn’t want to be charged for something we never had to begin with...!!!

Came in for a weekend of golf with the boys. House was perfect size for the 6 of us with a great view and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a nice stay. This is a big beautiful home. The home can use a deep cleaning and the Furniture Definitely needs to be Replaced and Updated. Otherwise the home was ok.

I want to express how disappointed I am with the house that was provided to us for our mothers memorial service weekend for my family.To begin to say the customer service communication with Vacasa is abhorrent would be putting it mildly I emailed twice and texted twice to find out what type of coffee maker was in the house and I have still yet to receive a response, I'm now checked out of the place. From the beginning of the stay we had an issue with the front storm door. The front storm door wouldn't close, after we used the storm door opener at the bottom (Pic enclosed) to keep the door opened. The screen door remained open as we were unable to free the lock button. Right off the bat when we arrived and began to bring in our stuff. The HOT WATER (or lack of) was inconceivable as to how we were supposed to have hot water. Which for the most part, we didn't have. We read the instructions provided by the info email. The amount of water that was wasted in order to get the very limited hot water was despicable. To have to run water around others parts of the house to get the geothermal "endless hot water" was an absolute lie. We never had enough hot water on any day for more than 4 showers. We wasted 100s of gallons of water to wait for the hot water to never arrive. The kids couldn't bathe. It was without a doubt completely unacceptable and I will be reporting it to the city of Ocean City to let them know we were advised to run water around the house, waste water in order to kick in the endless hot water that never materialized. What a joke. We were miserable!The batteries for the Xfinity remote n the living room were dead. We had to switch the working batteries back and forth from the master bedroom remote to living room in order to change the channel. No spare batteries were located anywhere. The Master bedroom 1st floor bed was horrible. You couldn't be in the bed and move with creaking the whole mattress and waking up your spouse. 2 nights of misery in that bed. Not enough pillow cases for the smallest and flattest pillows I've ever encountered. The master 1st floor bathroom shower lever to turn from cold to hot (that never appeared) was hard to turn, I ended up breaking nail because it had no movement and finger caught because it didn't move. That was night one, we should have moved that night! I'm out of room to continue to list the issues, just pick a different house!

Everything was okay. Clearness could have been way better. Not much hot water. So issues with getting hot shower was you big problem.

Stayed with a small group of 30+ gents for a COVID safe bachelor party, house was big enough that we all had our own rooms and most everyone had their own bathrooms. We were able to spread out but enjoy hanging out: we made pizzas one night even and had everything needed to make them + clean up. Great time and great response from management about a question related to cleaning up prior to leaving. Would recommend to a group like ours!

I truly enjoyed this home! My family and I went there to get our minds off of a tragedy we faced and your home definitely did that. Can’t wait to go back

Love my stay with my family. The place is very nice, clean, big and roomy. Couldn’t do to much because of COVID. But we made the best of it and we enjoy ourself.

The property was exactly as listed on the website. The property management company was thoughtful and kind and gave us a Thanksgiving dinner care package! The management company also answered my call 9pm on Thanksgiving Day, truly 24/7 customer service! We had a fantastic time, the water at the back door was tranquil and relaxing, natural view. Would definitely stay here again.

Location being back off the main street is great to avoid all the noise of traffic and yet it's close enough to everything along the strip there. Rooms are nice size for adults and could comfortably relax without feeling like you're sitting on top of each other. No trash bags which was inconvenient but otherwise great place to stay.

Great bayside porch. Great neighborhood, nice pool and tennis court. Comfortably fits more than the allotted amount of people ;). Close to Starbucks, food lion and a bike rental.

Place was huge and very clean. Two families stayed at the house and everyone was very comfortable. No fighting for rooms/bathrooms during the stay. Back deck by the water was awesome for eating and playing games. thanks
