Everything. From the our arrival to departure all the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Every detail is thought through, the amenities in the room are fabulous, the pillow menu is very pleasant. The rooms are big and very nicely decorated. We could use the changing room in the spa including the steam room as we had a very late flight, was very appreciated. Breakfast is fantastic. We stayed in other hotels in Hong Kong before, it’s by far the best ever. Will definitely be back when in Hong Kong.

It is a gorgeous hotel! Loved the design everywhere, the room, the service. The bed was extremely comfortable - slept so well. Was great to stay with kids as well.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee.

위치가 약간 아쉽습니다 약간 애매한 위치라고나 할까요 교통편은 편한 편이지만 아주 근처에 샵들이 있는건 아니어서 좀 아쉬운 부분이 있어요 버틀러 서비스로 제공되는 커피는 약간 맛이 아쉽습니다. 티 종류는 매우 만족하구요 따로 얼음을 준비해 달라고 해서 아이스티로 만들어 드시면 좋습니다

Very big open 'hall' for breakfast and lunch. Spa facilieties (Steaming room) needs update for this range/price of hotel. The rooms are big which is exceptional for Hong Kong and I suppose this makes the price. We wanted to book a premium hotel experience for a special occasion but it left us dissapointed. There are many boutique hotels in Hong kong that offer another ambiance, have extra complementary services/drinks and breakfast is even better for 50% less expensive... (only room will be smaller:-))

The best experience! The staff is friendly and the cleanliness and convenience of the room are excellent! The breakfast was so delicious! Everything was perfect I will definitely take this hotel next time
