Personeel is super super vriendelijk en hoffelijk. Ze behandelen je als een koning. Het ontbijt was enorm lekker en uitgebreid, geen buffet maar wel 2 gangen gekregen, alles zelfgemaakt en was super in orde.

In de badkamer was geen gordijn waardoor het licht s morgens vroeg binnen kwam in de kamer. Maar dat is echt een detail.

This hotel is great, we liked everything about it, the staff were very welcoming, the food was great especially the breakfast, the room was very comfortable, it's also in a great position We had to leave early in the morning to go to the airport, they made us a lovely breakfast to take with us I would definitely recommend this hotel

This property is stunning. It’s like staying on a baroque movie set. From the staff in bow ties, to porters coming to help with our bags, to the lemon mint water ready for you in your room, this place is well above its rating. The rooms have 16 feet high or more ceilings and the bathrooms are magazine style quality with immaculate marble tile walls and floors. We felt like rich people staying here! The breakfast is beyond compare. Plan for an hour to eat breakfast because it is several courses and made to order with a preset menu. It is HUGE! Imagine a multi course dinner- that’s the amount of food served at this breakfast. The whole experience at this hotel was beyond expectations. Location is ideal in relation to shops, sights, and dining in Tirana. We would stay here again anytime we travelled to Tirana. We highly recommend Hotel Gloria for your stay.

Because we try to avoid wasting food, we wish we could have indicated which parts of the breakfast we wanted and which we ours have declined. The breakfast was excellent, just too large for what we could eat and had time to enjoy.

The breakfast was a work of art. The staff were very nice and accommodating. There was secure parking onsite. The location is good for walking around town and for restaurants.

The room was very small. We needed a bit of an unpack and honestly, opening 2 suitcases in the room was not possible ... we couldnt move around without banging into one of them. So we stood one up while we sorted out the other one.

I never take photos of my food, but I made an exception with the breakfast which was magnificent. A few minutes walk from the centre. Parking is limited but the owner personally helped shuffle cars around so everyone could fit in.

A little noise from outside on the morning, but it is in the city centre.

Everything. The breakfast is amazing (you have to come to check it), the staff sooo nice and helpful,the lady of reception is very kind, the location very close to the old bazar, and the room very cozy. They have free private parking, and, although they have it all booked, they let us to have our car parked after check out

no elevator, sometimes there’s no one at the front desk, while main door is always open , I’d say is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel

Excellent breakfast, served by the best staff. I quite enjoy my stay whenever I travel to Tirana and specifically at Gloria Hotel. It has a great location near the market and 3 min walk to the main square. Definitely recommend to everybody!

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff are wonderful, the room was lovely and comfortable, and the restaurant food was extraordinary (especially for Christmas dinner)!

This is no fault of the hotel at all, but people in one of the shops downstairs were talking very noisily under our room one night, so do bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Staff, location and comfort

The room was large, spotless with a large comfy bed. Staff were all lovely - helpful, friendly and warm. Location couldn't be bettered - very short walk to new market, the main intersection & square, buses, nice cafes, castle area etc.

Friendly staff, fantastic location, wonderful value for money, excellent restaurant upstairs from your rooms (definitely have the pizza!). We were made exceptionally welcome and had a truly memorable week. This is a very well-run establishment and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Tirana. Highly recommended.

While the quality of the breakfast was fabulous, I found it too much food and would have preferred to choose what I had in the morning. Great coffee, though. Also, and this is really small, I thought it was a waste to replace the small bars of soap in your bathroom every time you opened one. Most people are surely happy to use the same soap throughout their stay?

Very comfortable room in a very good location. Only steps away from Skanderbeg Square. The stuff was super friendly. SUPERB breakfast at the restaurant at the top floor (which has a very nice view).

The breakfast is the best I ever had. The location is great. Personnel is great. And the restaurant on the top floor is a nice as well. Highly recommend to stay here!

Staff lovely and very attentive, breakfast delicious, lovely, very fresh ingredients and beautifully prepared. Pizza we had in restaurant one evening was tasty and cooked in a proper wood oven. Room spacious enough and bed soft and comfortable. Big TV. Good aircon. Very clean and well appointed. Hotel very central, 2 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square and 1 minute from New Market.

Restaurant for breakfast had good views of mountains and Tirana. At night it lacked ambience and could do with better lighting. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared and huge; we stayed for 5 nights however and it was exactly the same every day - could do with mixing it up a bit for that length of stay.... Room we booked was advertised as a suite, although spacious enough certainly not a suite. Decor quite "flash" (lots of use of metallics) however wallpaper a bit tired in places, where knocked and beading missing around bathroom door. Minor gripes however.

Fantastic breakfast. Allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy it.

The breakfast was superbe !!! Everything was fresh and brought on the table. Also the restaurant is good ! The room was very comfortable - good shower. Location was very close to the center. You can do everything by foot.

I couldn't give a 10, because the last night our airco was broken in the room and it was very hot. The manager reacted very strange and ran away several times without giving an answer to our questions (can somebody fixe the airco ? , is there another room free in the hotel?) . We can understand that something is broken, but communicate then with us... We were not angry or so, so we didn't understand the reaction here ? But the other staffmembers were very nice and helpfull. So bear in mind if you stay there : check the airco if it works !

Despot some major problems & Whatever happens during ur stay you can count on Goni & Gaza the owner & manager. They are TOP! Top manager , top hotel , top room & top location! This is a small hotel woth only 6 rooms and noce restaurant just with 2 minutes walk from the square Skanderneg & all you need!
