We enjoyed: - the breakfast - the fact that it was really quiet - the staff being super kind

We were a bit disturbed by: - the AC running cold in the room the 2nd day when we came back.

Frühstück war ganz ok

In der Bar hat es oft sehr lange gedauert bis überhaupt jemand hinter der Bar war, vor allem Nachmittags wenn man einen Kaffee wollte. Wäre schöner wenn da jemand fest stehen würde der nur die Bar macht

Clean comfortable rooms, staff friendly, helpful and really friendly. Loved the little quirky things. Room perfect temperature, great nights sleep. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is gorgeous! I loved the decor and art work and the general vibe was amazing. The staff are incredible, so friendly, approachable and fantastic hosts. I was blown away by the room itself, for a small room, I was shocked to see how spacious it was and the bed was huge and so dreamy to sleep in. Loved the air conditioning and how easy it was to control, the safe was great and easy to use (I’m notorious for having problems with safes!) The bathroom was so incredibly clean. And the star of the show for me was the TV. I couldn’t believe how many great movies, and some very recent releases, were available for free! Breakfast was lovely and I was spoilt for choice. Even down to the gorgeous plates, everything was perfect.

I don’t usually say this but there was literally nothing I can fault about this hotel. I’ve never in my life had such a good hotel stay, and would absolutely stay again.

Comfortabele en ruime kamer. De locatie is super om de buurt te verkennen. We zijn tijdens deze trip niet naar centrum Londen gegaan, dus weet niet of de ligging dan ideaal is. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren er heel graag.

Vloeibare zeep, shampoo en conditioner in de kamer zijn vervangen door een soap bar. Persoonlijk geen fan van ondanks de reden waarom. Ontbijt was oké. Hoewel veel keuze toch niet helemaal ons ding en als je een cappuccino wilt betaal je extra.
