Loved location. Comfy room. All newly furnished. Highly recommend. Quiet location.

The layout was great and the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was spotless. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We chose this motel as we had an early morning flight and it was ideal. Hassle free and we were at the airport in a few minutes. Would absolutely stay here again.
That unless pre arranged, check in closes at 5pm

The only thing was it was a little noisy. Not the traffic just the unit next store with a very active child But this is not a complaint.

Everything about the place was awesome!! Definitely be recommending this place to people. Also left some stuff behind which the staff called us up about and we came back to get it!

We stayed here after international flight and waiting for domestic flight the next morning. It was far superior to any other airport accommodation we have stayed in was clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had three in our room and it worked very well. Great staff were very accommodating and communicated well And we got a free shuttle to the airport in the morning at 10 am.Shower great. Linen great and will definitely stay there again if we need an airport stopover over. Only five minutes from the airport and $12 for an Uber to get there Thank you so much.

I loved how close it was to Pack’n Save and other eat out places only 5 min drive, also how clean everything was in the motel, clean towels etc everyday.
I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t cook me anything, as there was no stove or electric frying pan only a microwave.

Absolutely no issues at all. The facilities were nice and clean. Reception was friendly. There were 5 off us so a good space before early departure to airport.

Great location close to the airport, the place has been recently renovated by the looks of things so everything is more modern. Easy check in and check out
Fees for a crib and only being able to check in from 1400-1700 isn't ideal for all travellers

It is very convenient to the airport.
Liked the shower.
Parking outside was ideal.
Would have benefitted from having shower gel/shampoo available.
Definitely didn't like other guests arriving into next door accommodation at 3am with a noisy car, followed by banging doors and shouting loudly. Perhaps a rule on arrival times could be applied.

How helpful the staff where , On all questions. Also very thoughtful with information. Had Airport Shuttle Bus ready too go. Everything was sorted through booking.com great Site.

Close to the airport (only in the room for 7 hours to eat, sleep, repack and shower), selection of plates and cutlery. Very clean. Being able to open all the windows for fresh air. Good curtains.
Being a motel you got car noise from others. No wine glasses, no dishwash liquid, very used dish sponge (threw it out without using it). Digital access to sliding ranch door took some getting used to.

Auckland was very busy that weekend and so accommodation prices were at a premium. For the rating of the motel, I wouldn’t expect to pay what we had, had it not been a very busy weekend in Auckland because of a number of events

It was a good stay for the night. Comfy bed, good facilities.
The people upstairs making lots of noise about 6am stomping down the stairs. The people in the units on the other side were playing loud music and looked intimidating and smoking and drinking. Not happy as we would have loved sleep in. But apart from that, it was ok

Rooms were clean with adequate facilities for a 2 day catch up with friends, although the place does lack a suitable outdoor area to relax in.
The location is a convenient 10 minutes from the airport.
Parking is adequate but somewhat haphazard. No outdoor space to relax in. For anyone without a vehicle, shops and eating places aren't close.

It was super clean and had everything we needed.
The room was a bit tight but we were comfortable enough.

The staff cleaned up our dishes when we were gone. That was a nice surprise (even though there were only like 3 dishes). The room had "drinking chocolate" better known as "hot chocolate" to us Americans.
We were a group a 5 people (4 adults with one 14-year-old child) with the sofa bed pulled out. It was very tight for all of us with luggage and all. You have to walk up stairs to get to two of the beds. The stairs weren't really an issue, but they just took up some room. The toilet and shower room were pretty snug.

Very modern and very compact. Great for one night stay
No iron in the 2 rooms.we booked. Iron fixed to the wall in the laundry. Very awkward.to irom if you are right handed person. Unfortunately the laundry is locked all the time. We cldnt iron our stuff cos it was locked when staff retired.for the day. We ended up buying an iron. Pretty stingy and not customer focussed. If you are booking in this place, take your own iron. Won't be staying here again. ⁹99
