Location was superb. Service and facilities were above expectation. On -site restaurant was first class. This will become our number one place to stay. Excellent value for money.

The room and the hotel staff were excellent. They were even willing to accommodate our friends with an issue who hadn't stayed at the hotel, so that was lovely.

We only used the restaurant once, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. One staff member was being trained so fair enough they will make some mistakes, but the more experienced staff member took our order at the same time as another table and they'd eaten and left well before we saw our food. We waited at least 30 minutes for a simple breakfast in a not busy restaurant and were told a few times the food was coming. They apologized for the wait, but it would've been appropriate to offer a small discount in recognition of the very long wait.

The staff were wonderful and attentive. We appreciated the hand-written welcome card, thank you. Our room at the Airedale Boutique Hotel was a perfect blend of comfort and style. The room was adorned with modern amenities and elegant decor (with a well-stocked mini-bar) ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel also provided easy access to popular attractions, and valet service which was most helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

parking was expensive and we rang and arranged for our car to be ready as we were told to do, allowing 20minutes time for the staff and beyond that 20minutes we still had to wait another half an hour in the lobby for the car. I offered to go get it myself

Good clean comfortable sound proofed rooms. Good air conditioning.

While provision of toiletries in locked in bulk containers is becoming more common, the shower items are difficult to access. A hotel of this quality should do better.
