There is no comb and toothpaste. We forgot to bring but couldn't find anywhere.

The price was way too high for the quality of the room. Shower nozel was falling off and the room was very dated and looking scruffy.

Quiet location and quiet room. Very comfortable bed and decor was fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast delicious. I also loved having a bath in our bathroom.

Nice airy lobby. Great view from the room. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff checking in were pleasant, if not a bit formal. The two concierge guys were very helpful with getting us a cab and providing local information - very friendly.

Rooms need to be maintained more, broken shower head, door stop, balcony tiles broken, balcony not completely private, and tiles squished when you walked on them, was expecting a lot better considering it is the Hilton. Some Staff were absolutely awesome, but some were quite dismissive.

The TV has limited free channels. The room charging process was not as indicated on the Booking.Com booking. The total amount was taken by the hotel before we arrived.

The hotel room was on the top floor, with an expansive view of the city and the water. The view was magnificent. There are many places to visit within walking distance and the location is very central

The room was not very clean, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom as well as a large amount of hair in the drawers, to the point that the staff took a picture of the drawers. We were disappointed since it was my daughter's birthday and we had hoped to make the occasion special. We were also disappointed with the size and temperature of the swimming pool, which was very cold. Our request was also for flowers to be delivered in honor of my daughter's birthday, but they never arrived and instead we received chocolates from the hotel management. Which was a nice surprise but nevertheless we requested flowers with no communication received from management. Also room service was ordered and the food quality was extremely poor. There was no Netflix only Sky and the television was not very high quality either, as the image flickered constantly. As a result, even though the location and the view was magnificent we were left unsatisfied with the overall experience in this hotel.

Complimentary breakfast was so good, the bed was comfortable, the shower was ok.

The bathroom didn't have a lock on it, which I found weird. The bond realizing at the counter I had to pay an extra 400 dollars was an unfortunate event. I booked a king leisure deluxe and it didn't match the photos. The one I had booked had a bathtub in the photos and I was not put into it

A little behind the times with connectivity - no option for streaming services and pay-for-view movies in 2024? Paying for valet parking in the open outside the front door.

Le buffet petit déjeuner, peu de choix dans les produits surtout dans les fruits et souvent mal resservi. Le personnel de salle est très aimable, certains bossent la tête baissée ce qui est agaçant quand vous souhaitez quelque chose. Il est dommage de faire payer le cafe expresso ou le cappuccino dans une formule buffet du petit-déjeuner. C’est la première fois que cela m’arrive…. Si vous êtes amateur d’esoresso ou cappuccino ça sera payant C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de machine distributrice
