Location was desirable

Initial room was in a bad condition

Room was tiny. Bathroom facilities is poor condition.

My first room had some issues and then they gave me a prenium room as a compensation for my second night. Thank you. We enjoyed the stay.

it’s a little far from the metro station. under the hot sun it’s hard for me to walk to the metro station

Bathroom was too small nd the bathroom amenities were not provided properly

The location is just not suitable to commute,we ended up paying so much extra money to get to the station or to other places although it was mentioned that the hotel is near metro station

The premium room was so comfortable. Uniquely designed, Satellite📡 smart TV 32", with YouTube on the go. It was so lovely there, plus the comfortable bed. This was our third stay and my wife continues to love the hotel. It's so peaceful. Looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel!

Still missing a few toiletries, slippers, shower caps need to be free as well. Otherwise, overall the experience continues to be great.
