床算舒服，櫃檯服務人員十分親切，早餐餐廳服務人員清潔速度快。 酒店旁邊就是「海港城」，可以逛百貨公司。

住宿地點與地鐵站有點距離，仍須走十分鐘左右。 房間隔音不佳

A very nice hotel, nested inside or close to a shopping mall. It feels newly renovated which was great. The gym was relatively small but still good enough for a good workout.

The view from my room could have been better but this isn't a complaint, more a small note.

Friendly staff at the reception desk. Asked for early check in for my kids and they granted. Location is prime, perfect for shopping trips to HK. Near the ferry terminal so a trip to Macau is convenient.

Newly renovated room. Clean and spacious connecting room, location and friendliness and attentiveness of staffs. Having stayed in all three hotels at Harbour City, I like Prince the most.

We love how spacious the room is and can accommodate comfortably a family of 4! Also, the staffs are very attentive to our needs.

Hard to communicate with the staffs in English.

Pillows could be better found them too soft. Lighting at bathroom mirrors can be brighter. Otherwise no other complains bout hotel. Staff are all very polite and courteous ..

Location in within the high end mall

There is no clear sinage at the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped by the driver behind the mall. Luckily, the staff assisted us with our luggage .

Location was great - facility was clean.

Not the hotel’s fault but there was a lot of noisy families on the floor we were using - the walls are thin and lots of door banging and voices.

We understand that the hotel is full but check in time at 3pm is a bit late. We waited quite a while before our room was ready.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the MTR and the hotel is within the mall. It is close to the ferry to Central, close to convenience stores and shops. I noticed the hotel was renovated. Very nice interiors. The staff speak English and they offer help readily.

I guess the toilets in the rooms still do not have bidet.
