O quarto limpo e funcionários de limpeza de quarto e concierge da Dam 2 simpáticos. Pequeno almoço muito agradável no regime buffet com muitas pessoas mas com bastante oferta.

No booking consta quarto com opção 2 adultos e 2 crianças mas no hotel consideram como 3. Tivemos de confirmar que estavam asseguradas camas para todos (que não estava). Exigem uma caução de valor elevado com o check in e passado 20 dias ainda não recebemos a devolução do montante não gasto. Praia condicionada em Determinadas zonas, e a efetuarem obras de manutenção.

خدمة الغرف لم تعجبني هذه المره اتصلت عليهم لأخذ المشاريب الروحية من الميني بار لأن اطفال معاي مرتين ولم يستجيبوا الا ثاني يوم ، وايضا تنظيف الغرفة كان هناك اكثر من معجون اسنان مقدم من الفندق بأول يوم وصولي بعد تنظيف الغرفة اختفوا .

Durch die Zeitumstellung hatten wir Mühe, rechtzeitig zum Frühstück zu kommen. Sonntags war es dann noch eine Stunde eher beendet.

Amazing , beautiful gardens in the middle of desert . Very clean room, good service . Perfect work of resection and specially Mr. Kiran . I book first just 1 day in case I don’t like the facility and after decide to extend for 2 more days . All process went very nice . Our room was upgraded and the service we received was very good. Thank you

Mi e’ piaciuto , la posizione , sicuramente il mare , la spiaggia migliore di Dubai

Non mi e’ piaciuto che in villa , non ci fosse mai nessuno . C’era un receptionist solo all’ ora dell aperitivo . Non abbiamo fatto né il check in , né il check out privato come da contratto . Inoltre al check in volevano farci pagare soldi in più per delle tasse e altro ancora che poi si sono rilevate non vere . Infatti la prenotazione su Booking la dava ad un prezzo , mentre loro pretendevano 1500 euro in più !

Amazing restaurants, Best Spa in the World, Clean and spacious beach, Breakfast best in the world and the local atmosphere you expect when you’re in the Middle East!
