breakfAst was ok but probably better if the maple syrup wasn't added to the fruit, the hot breakfast should be hot not warm

the noisy air conditioning unit in our room on the first night and then we were moved to another room that only had one bed and there were three of us so then we were moved back to our original room late at night with a young child and when we tried to call the reception to tell them that their room was unacceptable due to only one bed nobody answered the phone so I had to go to reception and report it which was annoying

The staff and the food was great

The rooms need some uplifting and maintenance

Nice restaurant but not very friendly for a family that is lactose intolerant!

Housekeeping took our son’s pacifier and all his bottle brushes. We contact the front of house as soon as it was noticed, then again the next day as we were checking out, I then made contact again a few days later. All we got from them is housekeeping don’t have it and they will keep our name on file if our things are found. Disgusted in how they have handled a compliant. On top of that when we booked we had requested a cot, this was confirmed and we even double checked days before the stay. We checked in to find no cot in our room. We had to contact front of house for them to try find us one. Will never stay there again!!
