Location and and coziness. Feel and comfort of the lounge. Distance from town and on site parking. Communication regarding late check in was good.

Furnishings and Facilities OK

Beds were so soft and spongy. Sank a long way down when you went to get in. Pillows very soft that they folded around your face. Paid by Debit Card but got charged Bank Surcharge. Not given any chance to change payment method. Booked for Apartment and Parking. Received a confirmation for both. Day before arrival was notified to pay an extra $30.00 per day for parking.

Great location and very spacious. Extremely comfortable beds.

The placement of the armchairs in the main room made it easy to hit your head on the wall as you sat down. Moving them away from the wall or angling them would help.

The rooms were big, the sheets were super comfortable and the checking in/out procedures were super easy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked (although some cooking oil would have been great!) and the bathrooms were nice and fresh.

The location was a different house to what I thought I booked, which was a little disappointing/surprising (even if the apartment we had was roomy and close by). The second bedroom was very comfortable, but being on a separate floor, our son was a little too young to sleep down there by himself. Had I known that, I would have booked a smaller room instead to save some $$$.

Nice and clean apartment good services, friendly staff and good location!

I stayed on 2nd floor and not really convenient to move the luggage.

Lovely old house so comfortable and spacious. Kitchen fully equipped. Great location. Love the fact that they accept dogs, and we could stay with our pup too ($100 fee applies). Totally recommend staying here.
