bedroom 2 had no windows

nothing the second time in a week

it was filthy, gave us a lower room this time dust everywhere, filthy every room, dirt on carpets. will never ever stay here again and want full refund

Loved it. Incredible views, spotlessly clean, lovely beachside decor, awesome pool and sauna. Staff were super friendly bc and went out of their way to help us connect wifi and holding our bags for a few hours after checkout. :-)

Facilities were great, also needed as the hot water in the unit kept running out, we took to using the showers in the pool area a few times. Pools and spa were amazing

In-room spa was old air jet style that made the water go cold very quickly, and hotwater system couldn't keep up, unit wasn't cleaned properly, from dust everywhere, to lipstick still on cups from previous people. And won't of all when requested maintenance come fix something... they let them self in to our room 10mins after we woke up. Tv was rather small considering other rentals in the past Master bathroom images must be taken from penthouse. False advertising.

location was amazing, was lucky enough to get upgraded to penthouse. made my son and his kids very happy as they’ve had a rough trot recently. 🙏🙏

felt as it was being renovated, no pictures on walls , no broom or mop to do cleaning. lacking in this area, when you have kids you need these items

Location was very central to everything we planned to do. Loved the view and proximity to the beach.

Apartment could have been cleaner. Lots of dust in main bedroom and one pillow in the second bedroom was unusable due to a terrible odour.

We were given a unit on the 25th Floor, The views were amazing, and breath taking.. My family of 6 adults all were there for the 3 nights comfortably with plenty of room in All areas to sit and chat and eat. Would defiantly book this place again.. Handy to beach, shops and places to eat and to buy coffee :-) We all Loved it.. Thank you Burleigh Surf

The Views and how close it was to everything. How clean and well presented the apartment was

we loved the indoor heated pool and made daily use of that. It’s in a great location.

I was electrocuted twice by a power point in the ensuite in our bathroom. When reported to reception the receptionist that was working at the time was quite abrupt and dismissive. I was told that there was no electricians on the coast available for a Saturday call out to fix the issue and no other rooms available. later in the day we found we had no hot water and the hot water switch had been flicked in the metre box. This was reported once again to management and met with the same attitude. Management came to inspect and I was told that they would cancel someone else’s stay to relocate us to a ground floor apartment. We specifically booked this room for the spa and for the views and it was disappointing to be downgraded with no compensation offered even after recieving an electric shock not once but twice. I felt like the rooms were neglected when it came to maintenance and when the windows were opened there was mould and dust on the window sills.

View was brilliant

The fact we were unable to use our balcony as the tiles were being sealed was disappointing - also the fumes were quite strong.

This is our 3rd stay and we highly recommend it! We love the views, proximity to the beach and shops, on-site facilities, and the friendly staff and residents. Burleigh Heads is well-known for its eateries and it’s good to see them spreading up to North Burleigh/Miami - most notably the cluster at Deodar Dr and the NBSC and The Miami (both of which have had a makeover and are excellent value). The staff are very helpful and friendly but we wanted to give a huge thanks to Leonie on Reception who went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Just a few tiny things such as needing the knife set sharpened and replacing the clotheshorse. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the staff - they even brought up a new knife when they couldn’t find a knife sharpener which was great!
