The food was not so good, and we little dissapointed for the price we pay.

Pools should close like 10 pm n open at 6 am. Meat at the Asado dinner was a little hard and too.much skin.

The resort it self is just like the pictures, my issue was with the management. I called our first night due to extremely loud noice, they told me that it would end at 11. That was not true, they did not offer any solution at the time. The next night the same thing happened , they offered to change our room at 1230 AM!!! like in the middle of the night. We where also told that the music would be over at 11 and again that was not true! The front staff didn’t even bother to offer anything more that just an apology. The fair way would have been to partially refund but no they there unwilling. Also they made it seemed like we where less than, you really see how they prefer White Americans over anyone else.

need more waiters, they take forever to bring drinks. pools need a good scrubbing. cleaning service was awful, they wouldn’t even replace half the towels and bed dressing. need more umbrellas by the pool, few people hog all of them. room service always forgets one thing or another.

property is poorly managed. it’s 10 yrs old but it seems like 30 yrs old. we spoke to the sales manager about our concerns,her comment was what can I do for you? She had a great opportunity to make us feel better, instead of just asking.

The food and the service at the restaurants was excellent. our favorite was the french restaurant for dinner. The show at the Tepanyaki was beautiful. and the bread at the cafeteria was very nice too.

a little more entertainment during the day activities, regardless, the activity staff was very friendly, and the bartenders at the Skybar were amazing...the dancers on the show were also very good.

Shower water pressure

Wifi in the room didn’t work; gave the opportunity to accommodate in a different room but that wasn’t honored, no hairdryer in room and one wasn’t delivered even when asked, waited one hour to get access to room (we arrived at 5:30p, well past check in time), taxi ordered and didn’t arrive on time.

Beautiful property, very attentive staff, excellent covid protocols, free covid tests and quarantine protection if traveling back to the US. Wonderful place to just relax and unwind. Definitely recommend a swim up room so you don’t have to claim pool chairs first thing in the morning.

Concierge was too aggressive in trying to get us to attend a package seminar. We were bombarded right after check in and not taken to our room despite explaining we were tired from traveling. Very off putting first experience, thankfully, everyone else on staff was wonderful and it became a blip in our memory.

The hotel is amazing! Great facilities and has a semi-private bay. It’s an all-inclusive hotel, but the quality of the food and bar could be better.

There’s a lot of salesmen trying to sell memberships to the Dreams/Secrets consortium. it really is annoying.
