Location was closed to MTR and night market. A lot of local restaurant nearby and great staff. We had issue with the AC but the staff responded quickly to fix the issue.

The bed is hard, the pillow is not comfortable (its not firm) and very small room.

Affordable and staffs are friendly especially Chelsea.. She is very accomodating to all ourrequests..

Only the location (Mongkok is too crowded) but the hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable and staffs are accomodating.

I was charged 1 night prior to arrival from this hotel and then paid the full 3 nights when we arrived. I was told the one night charged would be refunded to my card within 2 weeks. Still no refund a month later. I have contacted them 3 times and they tell me my bank in NZ would do it which is completely false,

The location is nice, within 10mins to mtr station or bus stops. It's more like service apartment.

The location was perfect for travelling from. The mtr station is close by and from there you have two lines which is handy to get to places around HK. The hotel isn't on the main road, so it was quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. The room was cleaned daily and free bottle of waters were given. The room has lots of cupboard space to store your clothes and there was a good hair dryer unlike some hotels. Cutlery, kettle and plates were provided and an empty fridge which was useful for storing HK snacks and drinks. The bed was comfortable and tje air con was easily adjustable.

I would have liked a proper chair in the room rather than two benches so I can sit to read.

they have overcharged me 10 USD using currency exchange as an excuse, even when I let them choose USD while swiping my credit card there still was overcharge - this is just unacceptable, avoid this place

Location was suitable for my purposes but for many travellers the street outside with industrial workshops would be a shock & is a dirty street make no mistake . Canton Rd ends here and in shabby state .

HSKP staff on 15/F was fabulous and it was the first time I met since 2020. Her passion and initiative impressed me a lot. The room was well-cleaned and everything was neat and perfect

All staff were helpful and efficiency. The room well-cleaned. Microwave was the one I love since we could have hot food under the cold weather.

Staff is helpful. Location is central to Mongkok as it is only a 10 minute walk to the center.

Local calls are charged at $5 per call and operator does not advise us throughout our stay of almost 2 weeks othewise we will have called using our cell phone.
