Staff very friendly and professional. Amazing food on room service.

Breakfast outside the hotel premisses. I seriously advise the hotel management to review that point. Food inside the hotel is way better than on that fast food outside. I booked a room with bathtub , but couldn't use it because of bad presentation of it. Next time I'll go for a different type of room.

Mini bar i don't eat nothing but they charge me I look like lier so disappointed i must check before go room mini bar lessons learned if you stay there check minibar before you go in the room its no problem to pay but look like lier in checking out

Breakfast is from the next door restaurant (Kenny Rogers) Room has musty smell, carpets looks dirty. The surrounding areas looks dodgy especially at night, lots of street kids begging for food and/or money

The location is close to main restaurants and the MOA area so that was good for my group traveling to Macapagal Blvd. for an event. The room itself was spacious and modern, and even the TV in the room was new. The beds are clean and pillows are adequately fluffy for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom has a bidet which is a plus for me and there are standard toiletries provided.

Service around the midnight tends to be a bit slow — it took a while for housekeeping to bring up a fresh towel when I requested for one.
