Great staff. Good maintenance of rooms
The shower heads have heavy scaling and need to be cleaned.

Room - kettle was broken, table lamp had no light so as reading light at bed were not working. AC was not comforting at all, Fan made a lot of noise
Food - breakfast was okay. Omlette should be a LIVE counter. Dinner was not upto the mark for the price, veg starters were poor with limited main course and dessert.

Aur conditioning was not working and when requested for assistance we were suggested to turn on the fan instead of repairing the AC or changing the room

I stayed at Lemon Tree , financial Distirct,Hyderabad.When i entered in room unpleasant smell was there , bed was not cleaned , bedsheets are not clean , bunch of hairs under the bedsheet. bathroom same hairs under the foot mat . wash basin clogged first day itself . Tea,coffee packs tray was dirty. Food options are less.
