Alright location

Will not recommend this for backpackers, since lot of the communication and info about the place in giving in messages. It was really a hassle to check in. Place not clean and no help at the reception since they are not in business with the owner of the apartment. Had to pay in cash, not possible with card.

Great place. Small, but fine for a single person or couple. Quiet – no hallway or neighbor noise. Good aircon and WIFI. Good kitchenette with stovetop, boiler, fridge, microwave, utensils, dishes, etc. Good table/chairs/workstation. Good bathroom with hot water heater for the shower. The building has a nice lobby, lots of security and speedy elevators. Staff all around is nice and accommodating. Nice pool and gym on the 6th floor. The gym costs 100 pesos per visit but is worth it. (500 pesos for a one-month membership). A very affordable full-service laundry is on level P2. There’s a 7-11 and a handful of good restaurants just outside the lobby. A short walk (under 10 minutes) to Greenbelt. The team that manages this property is solid – swift response times and informative. Check-in was easy, as was collecting my deposit in the early morning at the end of my stay. Hotel staff hailed me a taxi to the airport - with no price gouging.

The mattress should have been better/firmer. The room safe should have had instructions.

Located conveniently to places where I needed to go. Receptionist and guards during check-in assisted me when the host/helper couldn't be reached for the room key.

Just a minor one: always had a difficulty inserting the key to the keyhole. I hope the owner/host addresses that as it can be a bit inconvenient.

What you See in the Pictures is Just a Illusion ! The fact the room is Not nice at all! . Dirty bathroom,broken Chair, induction cooker ist broken , No frying Pan , No knives, ! very Strick and Rude staffs! We complain twice but No one ever assist us! So i Dont recommend this Condo at all ... I hope there will be No more victim of this rubbish Condo !

when we first arrived it wasn’t cleaned properly, hairs everywhere and the sheets were so damp they felt wet. They did get the cleaners immediately back in but it wasn’t much better, the hairs remained and the bed sheets were still damp! Not anything to do with the property but I do think I should warn people that we were pickpocketed the equivalent of £30 right outside the building, they were so good we had no idea what was happening until it had happened. I wish we had known what it was like in that area beforehand, all the guards from the building said it was totally fine to walk around, not sure it is…
