It was available at the last minute at a reasonable price when we had a problem with our booked accommodation. It was also clean and comfortable.

No in room fridge for cold drinks, but there was one next to reception. We had to book 2 big rooms for 5 people.

The room is wider and comfortable not like other budgeted hotel ive ever been. The room and toilet was clean and there is private parking too..surely will repeat staying again

The room was good in size & amenities for the money we paid. Location is good & staff are very friendly & accommodating.

The shower head was spoilt so that water was splashing everywhere. The room was dusty. I stayed in the hotel twice before & everything was perfect. But during the 3rd time, these 2 things were spoiler - room was dusty & shower head spoilt.

I know there is no lift but the steps of the stairs are too high for old lady like me. There is a PVC pipe in my room and in the middle of the night there were water running and I could heard very clearly and it disturbed my sleep. Then early in the morning the room next to me, an old man was trap in the room and the fireman came to knock down the door so the noise were so loud that we are woke up abruptly. I feel that the staffs could do a better job by informing us first.

Hotel is very good and suit for family 😀. Room are clean and water heater super. Value for money. Nearby to Lost World Tambun

No lift and we need to carry our luggage by ourself. No helper as well 😞.
