Absolutely pathetic maintanence of the so called "villa". The fridge was there for name sake - it stinks and doesn't work. The wash basin was broken and if you wash your hands, the water just falls on the floor. The bathroom is pathetic. Wardrobes are so old and broken. Nothing much to do in terms of activities and to top it all - no TV was provided to kill boredom. The bedsheets were so old and stinky. We checked out within 3 hours and they didn't even have the courtesy to offer refund. So disappointing given we were there to celebrate our daughters special birthday.

The peaceful and pleasant location, the hospitality of the staff, the food, the pool were all excellent..Had a wonderful experience.
More activities at the resort will make experience better

I liked the beauty and maintenance of the place. The resort is very well maintained. Staffs are courteous. I visited with my pet labrador and he was able to enjoy full freedom in the resort.
The only thing I did not like was the cost of food. The price of food is close to any ITC or 5 star hotel. The quantity and quality of which I am being charged is not fair and management needs to revise the price.

Location was good, staff was cooperative
TV and AC weren't working. We complained about same and those were made operational. There was lots of dust in room. Hot water tap was hardly functional. Though it mentioned private swimming pool, it was a pool shares between 2 villas. Also, swimming pool lights were not switched on at night, we were told those were not functional when we asked about it.

Location and facilities are very poor, Also there is no much playing items to timepass. Going resort is for enjoyment but here I feel bore.
