1. the environment of the neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. feeling safe too.
2. the house is spacious and allow my active son running here n there.
3. the air con are cold (u know how hot is Malaysia now).
4. there are 2 washrooms to cater everyone needs.
5. Kitchen with cookwares and fridge are convenient for me to prepare meals for my family.
6. is a very comfortable house to stay in. for sure will come to stay here if my kids joining swimming competition again.
7. less than 10 minute to town, nearby have lots of shops selling food.
prepare thick plastic bag will be a thumb up.

it’s extremely clean and cozy
I would suggest to provide a dustbin outside the house for long term stay and the fridge is actually a freezer due to faulty temp control, I think. Pls take note.

Even though I had previously seen photos of the place, being in the space and experiencing it myself was totally different. I went to this property with high expectations, and they were totally blown away. The place was as beautiful as I hoped it would be, and everything was so clean! Not to mention the whole house smelled so incredible! I instantly felt more relaxed after I stepped through the door, There was plenty of space for my family of six to spend time together, and also well thought out private spaces that we could retreat to. Plenty of us also got knocked out on the couch as well, as it was so comfortable.
For my time outside of the property, I couldn't stop being in awe with how central the house was to everything I wanted to go to. Literally everything was 5-10 minutes away, and that made planning and exploring a breeze. Furthermore KJ always replied promptly if I had any queries or issues. I definitely knew she was trying her best, and that she had the utmost concern for me as a guest.
I usually travel to Ipoh for food and to spend times with friends, but I absolutely can't wait to be back in this beautiful space again. Makes me want to just have a staycation. Definitely will book again!

Super clean 3 bedroom house with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. Good location, in a quiet neighborhood, near the famous Sam ma chicken rice restaurant. Will definitely be back.

This is my second visit to this homestay..Well maintained... Overall, its a very cosy homestay .. The homestay owner is very accomodating. I dont mind to repeat my stay here again whenever I'm visiting to ipoh..
