I stayed in much better condo Homestays. This is below average.

The best host there is. Very responsive and accommodating. Check-in and check-out guide is well provided. Room is clean and very comfortable. Prayer mat and kiblat sign is provided.
Personally, the elevators are a bit confusing for me in the first time.

Not recommended for family.. Rekabentuk shower room tidak safety.. I tergelincir jatuh dekat shower room menyebabkan bleeding n masuk bilik operation di gleaneagle..until now still have headache.. Under neuro follow up.. So sad..

Lake view and near my house. Easy for me when my family stayed over in KL.
Not as clean as expected/what I read from review. In fact, the unit needs a thorough cleaning for all areas/everything. Even the disk rack is so dirty n my mom need to clean it a bit by herself b4 she dare to hang the cup there. A few cockroaches were seen in the bathroom when we check in. And there is only body wash provided, no hair shampoo. No dish wash also. A lot of the remote controls (fan/aircond) were not functioning due to no battery… So we had to share 1 remote control for all airconds. N did not adjust the fan speed.

The men was not good very irogant don't know how to deal with clients,all money money in his mind,I have my deposit but still keeping asking money,

The unit is spacious and comfortable to stay. AC and hot shower is working fine, hairdryer provided. Staff is approachable and helpful. The security guard is helpful too. Private parking is available.
There's only a 2 in 1 shampoo & body wash provided. Please consider to provide shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner separately. There's no water dispenser, they provide water boiler, unfortunately the water tap filter is not attached well causing water leakage and splash when you want to fill up water. The hook behind the washroom door for hanging clothes had already damaged, causing some inconvenience, probably need a replacement. The parking access card couldn't access, was told by the security guard that it's an old card which is no longer usable, but thanks for their kindness in allowing access for letting us in and out.

Downstair are a shopping mall (Setapak Central)
Some lift cannot go down to shopping mall, Not convenience to use lift. Car Park and corridor lighting turn off too early.

The Family Studio was clean and everything in it was working well. Simple and soothing interior decor. Location was perfect as it was connected to Setapak Central Mall.
