Accessible and strategic location.

Not that clean. got baby cockroaches and the sofa was pretty rundown, stained all aver the sofa and covered by some clothes. Its not a three rooms apartment. Its just a two room apartment with one queen bed placed at an empty space and no door. Only one pulled out bed placed in the living room. Not as per advert. Should changed them. There were clothes in the washing machine as we arrived. hihii. The toilet floor is at the same level as the whole apartment floor. Water can overflow easily to the room and living room.

the place itself is very accessible to places like bus stations and to petronas twin tower. there's a 7 eleven & coffee shop outside the building and a mini grocery store on the 6th floor. nice place to stay in.

I was so pissed that my worst experience made me forget what I liked about the property!

The worst and most disgusted experience ever! I was promised a 3 double bed with 2 futton beds. When we entered the apartment. There was only 1 futton bed slanted beside a cupboard. I spoke to the staff and asked, we booked for 8 ppl but why are there only 6 double bed and 1 futton bed slanted beside a cupboard? I further asked where is the other futton bed and how are you planning to get the other 2 ppl sleep when there is no space left in any of the rooms? how are you guys planning to place the other futton bed as per advertised since there is no space in any of the rooms. The staff on the phone said we will bring another one and we will 'find' a way to place both the futton bed. Excuse me? You will find a way? What the hell does that even mean. Shouldn't the futton beds be placed in the rooms1?! So in my head I am guessing at the hall after moving all the furnitures? What is this? A house party where all jams in randomly? Isn't those futton bed supposed to be in 2 of the rooms as per your advertised pictures? A guy by the name of Ezra Wong abruptly shouted on the phone, if you don't like just leave. I am not sure if he is the staff or owner, he dont deserve to rent out his or any property and should be sacked! What kind of service is this! We are being shouted for spotting the difference in the arrangement and requirement that is not being met? All of us came from different states and all we want to have is a nice night out and all of us were so disgusted by this experience. We were told repeatedly to leave the apartment and being shouted at when all we want to know is the difference based on advertised and what we seen in real. U guys are bunch of scammers! If it us meant for 6 ppl, bloody hell advertise for 6 ppl! I am totally disgusted by your service and rudeness ! I have taken a screenshot of the exact words being used, attached it accordingly.

The apartment is dirty. We booked for a 4 days stay, when mentioned about the state of the apartment, instead of apologising and offering to remedy the situation, the owner ordered us out without even giving us enough time to gather our stuff. We checked out within the hour. We were refunded the remaining 3 days stay. We should have read the previous reviews about cleaning money, while we can accept about paying for cleaning, the apartment is already dirty even before we move in. The towels and bedsheets stained, the toilet stank, the apartment is not in a rentable state. We've never been to an accommodation which is as dirty and as bad as this, even cheap hotels. To make things worse, the attitude of the owner. How can you throw out guests pointing out faults. Stay away from this place!

The location, near the Kuala Lumpur center, just 10 min by walk.

The service is at minimum. We expect more cleanliness .
