Commencez votre été dans le BAY BREEZE RETREAT, récemment rénové, situé en retrait de Shore Drive, à quelques pas de la plage de la baie de Chesapeake, ce qui vous permet de prendre une tasse de café pour admirer le lever du soleil! Cette partie de la plage est également connue pour ses couchers de soleil spectaculaires et l'observation des dauphins presque toute l'année!
Le Bay Breeze Retreat est léger et aéré avec un coin repas bien approvisionné en cuisine. Le pont est un endroit paisible et confortable pour se détendre. Il est doté d’une terrasse et d’un barbecue à gaz. Il y a une immense cour ombragée et ombragée pour que vos animaux de compagnie puissent jouer en toute sécurité lorsqu'ils ne vous rejoignent pas sur la plage.

We loved the location of this little rental- just a few steps to the beautiful Chesapeake Bay without all the chaos of the oceanfront resort area of Virginia Beach. The property was immaculate and fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. We appreciate being able to bring our pup with us - she loved the beach. The basket of snacks was a nice suprise on arrival. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Virginia Beach.

This unit is attached to 2 other units, which I did not realize from the listing. Not a problem except some noise from the neighbors at night.
Overall, is a nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach.
Owner was very quick to respond when an issue arose during our stay, and remedied the situation ASAP.

This stay exceeded our expectations. I am so sad to leave but excited to come back. Lisa provides everything you need to spend time away without bringing your entire life with you! FULLY stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, large couch, Bluetooth speakers, beach supplies/chairs; just to name a few accommodations! When we arrived Lisa had local cocktails in the fridge, snacks and even 2 robes in the master for my husband and I. If you’re thinking about staying at a hotel, forget it and book this place instead!! Imagine making your coffee and walking to the beach to watch the sunrise every morning and sunset each night. Wow what a blessing…. Book it!!!!

The house was immaculate, comfortable and perfectly situated with the beach and great restaurants a short walk away. When you check in, there will be snacks and cold adult beverages waiting for you! Only had a couple questions during our stay and Lisa was easy to reach and quick to respond. This is a gem of a beach house! We hope to return for a longer stay! Five Stars!

The house was great. Very comfortable furniture with lots of room. Kitchen was fully equipped. Convenient location with restaurants, easy access to the bay and short drive to board walk.

Beautiful space in a great location. I stayed here for six days and had my grand children for two nights and felt completely comfortable and safe with them here. Communication with Lisa was great. I absolutely would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to all others.

The property is exactly as described. The hosts were very accommodating and patient. I made a couple errors in booking. So close to the beach. Our dog loved trying to chase the crabs on the beach. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend to attend a relatives wedding. The unit is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood was great - super close to a beautiful park with 20 miles of hiking trails, walking distance to the beach, and many great food options. Very pet friendly neighborhood - our furry friends went with us everywhere. Place was very clean.

Definitely 5 Stars: We really enjoyed this find - December 24-27 with my brother and our dog for a visit to family in the VB area. We were fortunate to have sunny, warm weather throughout our stay.
The house was handsomely decorated and well-provisioned for our needs.
We appreciated the welcoming snacks, refrigerated beverages and thoughtful note from our hosts which greeted us after a day of travel.
Everything in the home functioned well. There was parking space for 2 vehicles. Our dog travels with us. Outdoor space was convenient for his needs. The neighborhood offered places to walk away from traffic just blocks off the beachfront. We drove to buy groceries.
Communication with the host was fine. Access and host instructions were clear and readily available before check-in time. A helpful notebook of local area recommendations (restaurants, other) was inside. We personally verified a couple of the recommendations - and agreed!
Overall our experience was great. This was a wonderful base for us, meeting all our needs. We liked the duplex very much and will definitely hope to stay here for our future visits to family in the area!

We had such a nice stay at this beachside abode. Walk half a block to the beach. All beach needs supplied including wagon, toys, towels and chairs. So clean when we arrived and beds very comfortable. Perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely book again. Thanks to Lisa for amazing communication the entire process!

We did a 3 day stay and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice thus little home was! The decor is exactly as pictured and it was super clean and organized. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing even though there are many condos down their road. The exterior could use a little update but inside was really nice and we were really pleased. Lisa, the owner, was kind, responsive and accommodating.
As a frequent VRBO traveler, it can be a dice roll that the pictures live up to the actual unit but this place did not disappoint and was as good as the description / pictures and a solid choice! We will be back.

We had a wonderful time at Bay Breeze. Lisa and Brian(hosts) where very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property is super clean and neat. The bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, an abundance of plates, silverware, coffee cups and glasses all clean. Something not always found in a rental. Lisa provides plenty of bath towels and beach towels.

We were looking to go to a beach house or something not too far from home for a couple of days before school starts as a family. Location was a short walk to the beach, nice area for kids to enjoy, and even our dog had a great time!
The space was as described, equipped with all mentioned and more!
Loved that there was a binder with lots of places to eat and recommendations for activities in VB, even handwritten on lots of those options from Lisa!

Overall it was and I get location and able to access entertainment malls and beaches the best location I've been in a while in the state of Virginia. And the property owner was excellent with her communication and welcoming her guess.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. There were snacks, a well supplied kitchen and beach toys, chairs and supplies ready for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. The beach was a pleasant walk away and wasn’t too busy, which we loved.

This is a fantastic property. The building has been smartly renovated and is nicely appointed. The host has thought of just about everything - including pet shampoo and times for the local farmers market.
The property is very clean. The location is just a block from the beach and within very easy walking distance of several nice restaurants, groceries, and a good coffee shop.
