Nice comfortable place in a quiet area but within easy reach of Glasgow centre by nearby train.
Star of the show was the restaurant, though. As a Coeliac I always appreciate options and the GF options were very good. I had a fabulous GF fish and chips at a very reasonable price and I didn't have to wait long for it as I sometimes do. Apparently the place is well known for this locally

Parking at the hotel and near to train station.
No fridge in room. No handrails for towels. Windows/walls weren't very sound proof. The breakfast service was a little poor.

The room was in need of a touch up. Wallpaper torn in a few places, hook on bathroom door almost off. But not enough of an issue to diminish our stay.

Everything ,very welcoming staff spotless room ,food was great ,just overall very friendly atmosphere ,staff very helpful and went out their way too make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends

We had a really lovely stay at the Burnside, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. First class service from start to end. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast and dinner was top quality. Would definitely recommend and come back and stay

My wife and I have stayed at the Burnside Hotel many times it has always represented good value for money. The food has always been excellent and the staff very helpfull The hotel is in a good location and easliy accesable from the M74 We look forwward to staying there a bit nearer christmas

All on one level, car park available, breakfast available. Looked good for weddings and functions. Room very adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spacious, shower effective and large enough for two. Had a hairdryer and steam iron.

Train line adjacent to room so had to close window. Plugs by bed complicated. Location for visiting city centre is a bit distant, especially to northern part of city centre.

Value for money on a Friday night. It's not in central Glasgow but in burnside which is accessible by train. The train station is around the corner. You can also get the bus but train is better option.
Not much in burnside so it's really a place to use as a base for full day travel.

Excellent parking facilities and very easy short walk to train station.
Warm in room and small window that could open at top of frame, however bit noisy as train line was within touching distance of room.
Bit disappointed to find price for room inflated just because of concert we were attending. Just seems somewhat unfair.
